Its my second time ordering
Its my second time ordering, but this time I was disappointed with the plants, specifically ordered 3 of one which was meant to be compact and a bushier habit to receive 3 leggy little plants, another plant I ordered arrived just leaves and a couple already yellow and crispy. Only ordered as was very impressed first time round, but doubtful if there will be a third time, especially as a bit pricey, though don't mind if the plants arriving are good quality and as described. Can't fault the delivery, plants arrive quickly and well packaged.

Products are good. I'll be honest, there were some issues with delivery and some items were broken but the after sales support was brilliant. I will have no hesitation in buying from them again

You can be confidant plants will be of good quality
When buying plants from the RHS, you can be confidant they will be of good quality and perform well. Products come well packaged in paper based materials and tape, and arrive fairly quickly.

I was looking up how to grow kiwis
I was looking up how to grow kiwis. The RHS website said "plant them in the Spring" so when I ordered one I assumed it would come in the Spring! But no, it arrived a few weeks later, mid-drought! "Oh, but they will have given me advice about planting at the wrong time of year" No advice or aftercare at all! Weird... And it's not that you can send back a plant...So poor kiwi is still in its little pot as I'm nervous about planting it out in the heat. Maybe it will survive...
