Absolutely shocking company I was supposed to have a collection called to the driver to let him know about restrictions, he then decided to turn up whilst the restriction where in place unbelievable and a failed delivery once again wow !!’ Surely you would think all information provided would be liaised before the drivers left the depot !! Clearly not unprofessional in all capacity’s .
Rhenus High-Tech failed to deliver my commercial oven the first time around and caused a chain reaction that delayed the opening of my business by many weeks.
After failing to deliver my oven due to the pallet, they blamed me for not providing a manual for the unloading (it's what I hired them for), took it back and held my item hostage, came up with issues about the entry path to my premises very late in the game (and then realised its actually okay to go) and ended up extorting more money out of me, just to further the financial damage to their client. When I explained that I dont think I should be paying extra for this kerfuffle, they said "we will have a problem", I actually felt like I was being blackmailed.
I had engineers waiting at my site for this oven to hook it up to the electrical and to extraction and also fresh produce in the fridge for opening day, all wasted. By the time it got to me, it was Christmas and I am now postponed until January...
