Great communication and a sense of a modern touch to what is often feeled as a old touch out of touch process. If I called or emailed they always answered promptly without chasing.

My experience with Georgia on the BTL purchase was good. Prior to her, numerous other individuals were dealing with the transaction, but there seemed limited accountability or clarity on who is the single point of contact. Georgia is committed, responsive and seeks to find solutions.

An area on ponder is how to making better use of the App, as the process still relies on emails, despite an App that exists.

RG Law was recommended to us by the new build developers of the house we purchased and they got the whole purchase of the house completed quickly. They also acted for the sale of our old house, which despite some issues from our buyers, RG was able to get it resolved and completed on the agreed dates.
