Not impressed at all
Not impressed at all. First of all they lost my fridge freezer in the warehouse for a few days. Then when they found it the two guys who delivered it couldn’t speak a word of English which made the experience rather embarrassing. Nice enough lads but they only did a garden delivery of the new item. When they left I saw that when taking the old freezer out via my dining room they had badly scratched the expensive flooring. By this stage I was too upset to complain. We found a huge scratch on the front of the freezer which the retailer compensated us for but now am left very upset and out of pocket with a scratch on the flooring that has been deemed irreparable and a freezer with a photo on front to hide the damaged scratched door.

Given 2nd-hand TV when it should be new.
I received a used television with a sticker on the screen posed as a brand new samsung TV. Absolutely shocking! Scratches and water stains on it. Then I contacted RGB and they were closed so left a whatsapp message, but I am left with the television because apparently I should have contacted the Insurers instead of them. This is absurd.

This was the worst experience I’ve had in my life with delivery service. They brought the fridge freezer from the van and placed it on the roadside and said our manager said not to lift any parcels. Why would you take up a lifting job and then decide that you don’t want to lift anything. 😡😡😡
