I sent the required image of the package and some days later I got a reply to say a new member of staff had messed up the order and the missing items would be sent. Around a week later they still haven't arrived. A low priced item admittedly but such a disappointing and long winded response. Not a great experience.

Dispatched next day, Tracking number sent. Didn't arrive next day as paid for.
Contacted customer services. On that day (Friday) to request a refund of my p+p costs due to failure to deliver. They replied on the Sunday(!!) Saying it had been dispatched and to make sure it wasn't in my house somewhere!!!
Still hadn't arrived a week later. Between the Sunday and the Wednesday I have left 3 voicemails, sent 3 emails and contacted royal mail to find out that the reference code was for a standard parcel delivery and not a special by 1pm delivery.
So they have lied about it being here, stolen from me by sending it on the cheaper option when I've paid the express price AND now refusing to reply to my emails
Dispute placed with credit card company and trading standards to be informed too.

i've been waiting for over 3 months for a headset microphone replacement after they send me the wrong one. Emailed them the same day, they blamed it on 'the new guy'. It's been 3 months now and the only replies (IF i get them) are: 'you probably lost it or your roommates took it'. I LIVE ALONE YOU MANIACS! DO NOT ORDER HERE!!

I ordered an Individually Switched Ext. Lead from Reytid via Amazon, what arrived was a non Individually Switched Ext. Lead. I contacted them regarding returning the item and receiving the Switched version. They were very apologetic (blaming a new member of staff for the mix up) and emailed me a return label to take to a Post Office, I contacted them again to inform them that I was disabled and getting out to the Post Office would be difficult (& painful) so would it be possible for them to arrange for the parcel to be collected from my home. They replied with a 'We are very sorry but... bla bla bla', I emailed them back to remind them that it was they who made the mistake initially in sending me the wrong item, it wasn't as if I had just changed my mind, once again they emailed me back with a 'We are unable to offer a collection service'. I could not believe what I was reading from a company with a UK address. This company thinks that good customer service involves sending out incorrect items and then being extremely unhelpful in rectifying any problems that they have created. Personally I don't think they even deserve the 1 star, but without it I couldn't tell of my personal experience with this company.

Just brought a pair of replacement ear cushions from Reytid .co.uk for my Bose earphones ! and they are fantastic. Couldn’t of asked for anything better. Great service, 2 day delivery and in perfect condition. The pads clipped into place perfectly. Would recommend to everyone I know.. 5*****

After 3-months of use, this alternative Reytid Apple MacBook Pro PSU failed and stopped charging. Very disappointed I contacted Reytid Customer Support to request a new replacement giving them the benefit of the doubt that this may have been a one-off technical fault. They were quick to provide a Free-post return label and I sent the PSU back in its original packaging which I'd kept on the off chance in case of any issues.
I never had any updates and chased-up via email. After passing requested details of the recorded delivery postage, they eventually confirmed it was received, but never received any further updates until I started emailing technical support again.
I was asked if wanted a refund or replacement, to which I requested a new replacement unit. And was eventually advised a new replacement was in the post and on its way to me.
After a couple of weeks I still hadn't received anything and again chased-up with Reytid, who after some delay replied advising they were out at stock and that it would take weeks to get new inventory and asked if I'd prefer a refund. This time I decided to take the refund which I eventually did receive via my PayPal account. During this lengthy process, I had to purchase a new original Apple MacBook PSU Charger for my Wife's MacBook to get it running again!
The whole process took several weeks and I was exceedingly disappointed by Reytid's product for which I had high hopes in terms of reliability! Then given the run around wrt the new replacement which was supposed to have been dispatched, but then told there was no stock... which didn't add up. But at least they did eventually provide a full refund of the originally paid amount.
Sadly, I can't maintain my original strong recommendation of Reytid's MacBook PSUs and left confused by the customer service experience.
Original Review (May 2021): After our original Apple MacBook Pro (2015) charger became unusable due to the Power Supply Unit cable failing due to wear-and-tear after a few years. We looked at purchasing a new original Apple MacBook Pro PSU which was costing around £90 brand new and likely to suffer the same cable breaking issue over time due to what I felt as poor design.
Decided to explore other possible alternative replacement PSUs for our Apple MacBook Pro Retina (2015). I came across this rather elegant, compact and functionally designed Rytid Apple MacBook Pro Charger which was only around 25% of the cost! So thought to take a chance and give this PSU a try, and was delighted by the results!
It's actually an excellent charger, having exceptional build quality, portability and functionality supporting 85W fast charging for our MacBook as well as having two usb ports to be able to simultaneously charge other devices such as tablets and mobile phones. It's stable and doesn't overheat unlike the original and other alternative chargers for which I had read many reviews on eBay and Amazon. Comes with a useful stand and detachable charging cable to avoid cable damage which can be easily replaced in the future if it wears over time beyond use, but actually looks to be robust.
Based on our experience, I'd highly recommend this charger as what has proven to be a safe and reliable alternative Apple MacBook Pro 15" Retina (2015 onwards) which were very happy with to-date!
Parcel never came
I've ordered an item 10 days ago. It had to come in 2-4 days. After contacting the support, they said it's only been delivered a few days ago. Still haven't received anything. Then I asked for the refund, no answer. Really terrible customer service. Wouldn't ever recommend this site.
