I love this brand . Ordered a dress and a lingerie and tights which I adorrreeee! Literally unique and stunning! The dress Materials do have to be handled with care as its pure crystals but when you are standing out it’s worth the not moving so crazy in the dress!

I felt scammed. They took my money and lied about the appearance of the garment. Very disappointed and disgusted.

I had spent $450 on a “dress” in which arrived 2 months late. When the dress had arrived, I couldn’t even try the dress on because it FELL APART! Cheap material that can even hold itself together!! I have written a formal complaint, however, they will not allow a REFUND. Absolute money scammers

Absolutely disgusting company preying on innocent customers by selling them faulty goods. The pathetic excuse for a “dress” I received broke before I was able to put it on, and they refused any form of compensation. Don’t waste your time or money as I am now $400 out of pocket.

I am just in utter disbelief at the despicable quality of care that went into my order. Not only did the dresses I bought for my daughter fall apart at the seams, but the customer service I have encountered has been nothing short of abysmal. I am beyond upset, I am furious. How a company is allowed to treat its customers like this is beyond me. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

Honestly, I had the worst experience with their reina crystal dress in silver. I wore it for my bday and the dress literally tore apart in my party. The dress BROKE PIECE BY PIECE I swear to God. Don’t buy from them. Save your money girl! BELIEVE ME!
