Is good in use long time. Only in first month was issue with freezing my account. But they resolve my issue in 2 weeks. Until now all good.

I have 150$ stuck on rewarable for more than45 days due to “technical difficulties”, seems the platform has cash flow problems, support is unresponsive, avoid unless you want your money stolen.

We're sorry to hear about the delay with your $150, having funds tied up for this long is understandably frustrating, and we'd like to get to the bottom of it rather than leave you waiting.
To be clear, Rewarble is a legitimate platform and funds aren't withheld arbitrarily; delays like this usually trace back to a specific technical or processing issue on a particular transaction, which is something we can investigate directly once we can identify your account and the funds in question.
Could you email us at support@rewarble.com with the details of the affected balance? We'll review what's holding it up and work with you toward a resolution.

Thanks for the kind words about the service, glad to hear it.
On the fees: because Rewarble works as a payment-facilitating platform rather than a standard gift card, things like virtual cards, top-ups, and payouts carry real running costs, and that's what the fees cover. The full breakdown lives at rewarble.com/fees if you'd ever like to see exactly where a charge comes from. Any questions, support@rewarble.com is there to help.

We appreciate the kind words and the honest feedback on our fees.
We hear you on the cost. Rewarble products are payment-facilitating solutions rather than standard gift cards, so running them (secure virtual cards, payouts, top-ups) carries real costs on our side, and the fees reflect that. You can see the full breakdown at rewarble.com/fees.
That said, feedback like yours does get passed along as we keep reviewing our pricing.
If you ever have questions about a specific charge, reach out at support@rewarble.com and we'll be glad to explain it.
