From 350$ I only get to my PayPal account 335$ the commission is very high, they should take into account not to charge the commission.

Due to a friend's experience I have seen go down firsthand, where his funds are being held hostage. Me myself have had multiple bad experiences ranging from hi fees to slow support responses, for these reasons I highly recommend using other companies offering same services and products instead of using rewarble!

My funds are being held hostage. Let me explain. On August 19 2026, I tried a transaction using of their prepaid credit cards that ended up being declined, in a online casino I wanted to play at. What I have since learned is, due to AML Canadian laws it was not accepted. Prepaid cards don't fit the laws. On the rewarble website that transaction was cited as pending, and even after contacting support to try to level with them, they kept on telling me it was for the merchant to cancel the transaction, not wanting to comprehend that the merchant could not possibly cancel it, they had no trace of it, being cancelled even before reaching their terminals. So I had to wait 14 days, so was the rewarble pending transaction policy. On September 1st 2026 the date then changed on their website, I noticed when I logged in to go see the card details in question. It then changed from 14 days to 31 days, and they applied this to my case which was done 13 days before the rewarble policy change, so 1 day before they should have been released. Once again when trying to contact support to level with them, they heard nothing and still decided to go on with applying their new policy to a pending transaction that was supposed to be released the next day, which , I repeat, was done 13 days before policy change. On September 14th the card was now blocked and what I have just been told was flagged "at risk"... Mm y last transaction was done on August 19 the same day the pending transaction happened. So they are telling me that a card not used 27 days, and that should have refunded me my pending transaction in the next 4 days, all of a sudden has been flagged "at risk" after 27 days of not being used. Knowing how quick credit card/gift card companies act when a situation is flagged as "at-risk" how could that even be possible 27 days later. All this is BS and that is how rewarble has been holding my funds hostage ever since August 19th.

I purchased a “ChatGPT by Rewarble 30 USD” voucher through CoinsBee specifically to use it for ChatGPT.
After redeeming the voucher, $30 was successfully credited to my Rewarble account. However, when I tried to obtain the ChatGPT Card, Rewarble displayed “Product unavailable for a short time.”
I contacted Rewarble Support. They confirmed in writing that there is a technical issue affecting the ChatGPT Card and that they have no estimated timeframe for resolving it.
I asked for a refund because the specific product I purchased cannot be provided. Rewarble told me that only CoinsBee could process the refund. CoinsBee refused the refund because the voucher had already been redeemed and directed me back to Rewarble. Rewarble then again stated that they could not refund me.
As a result, my $30 remains locked as Rewarble balance. Rewarble offers me other Reward options, but I did not purchase a generic Rewarble balance — I purchased a product specifically advertised as “ChatGPT by Rewarble.”
Technical problems happen, but I believe that if a company sells a product specifically for ChatGPT while its ChatGPT Card is unavailable with no estimated restoration date, the customer should either receive the advertised product or be offered a refund.
I will update this review if Rewarble resolves the issue.

Genuinely so terrible it breaks my heart.
$23 in fees. ??????
are you kidding? for a $100 card?
and i can spend only $91 of it?
thats genuinely so absurd!
This site Is not transparent about how their prepaid credit cards work at all, and its fees.
Also cant connect card to things like applepay.
my card then was blocked after one day after trying to actually use it by buying things which every site i used it did not work. now my money is gone, and will be supposedly returned to me in 21 DAYS?????
Customer support doesnt work.
Nothing about my experience with this site has been pleasant, even the site is slow.
i very much regret buying it. I wish i could refund, i really do. This experience is nightmarish and so inconvenient, its almost as if its a full on scam.
I'll only be relieved if they give me back my money in full, including the $23 in fees. !!!
