Fabulous food and cocktails, however drinks took 20 minutes to get to our table and the food took an hour. When trying to pay we stood at the bar for 10 minutes whilst barman dealt with another custom... See more

We did the cocktail making at Newcastle and the host was brilliant. Really good fun and so friendly. Really made the experience. Thank you.

Manchester

Manchester - Booked the premium brunch for a Birthday celebration (£225 for 5 people). Waited 27 minutes for our first drink to come out, still at this point no food order was taken. Table next to us who arrived after seemed to be receiving drink after drink after drink.

Requested a full refund from the venue which they agreed and followed this up with them on the Monday & was told it had been actioned, 10 days later still no refund. Chased and was told i have to wait for regional manager to sign off on this??

Not a good place

Not a good place. Was warned it was hit a miss after booking.
But then they closed the venue with no notice and after saying I am entitled to my deposit back they then are ignoring my requests.

Kept my mouth shut for so many years…

Kept my mouth shut for so many years because my hubby loved the cocktail Regge rum punch we have really nice food, always! Albeit service has always been absolutely diabolical, no sense of customer awareness, needs and requirements.
So after our second visit midweek ie: Not busy, they still managed to create their cocktail menu and serve myself a ‘Zombie’ which when it arrived only consisted of Cinnamon powder which resulted in a un-rehearsed episode of ‘Thee Cinnamon Challenge’ which I failed drastically by going into anaphylactic shock and not tasting anything remotely related to Havana club but if had to call it a day with Cuba I’ve put enough with this crap service and drinks your company is down the pan over and out 💪🏻

Terrible Customer Service

Booked Reading restaurant for 11th June 2025 and confirmed 1pm. On arrival we were told by the chef that they did not open until 5pm. On further enquiry the restaurant denied the booking was made. Terrible customer service. We would certainly not be looking to try booking again

The food was excellent

Liverpool, Albert Dock.
The food, drink and service was very good but the experience was somewhat spoiled when they refused to accept a Red Letter day voucher on payment. The experience is clearly included on the on the Red Letter day website but they were adamant it was not. I had sent an email the night before explaining this would be our method of payment and on seeing this they reluctantly accepted that we had a case, so we ended up paying half the bill. I might add that the lady handling the situation was very polite and we realise it was not her fault but a problem elsewhere.

Bad day, or low standards ?

We went for the first and last time today with a group of about twelve people, and unfortunately we had a very bad experience. The first coffees arrived after almost an hour, the food was cold, chicken was dry, meetballs were hard, eggs were overcooked and cold, avocados were inedible, reheated sausages... probably a very bad day in the kitchen, I don't know, but the discontent was even across the table, not so with the attention of the waitresses who didn't know how to apologize enough. I hope it was just our bad luck and not the restaurant's standards for the sake of business, in any case it won't be an option for me to risk checking it out... a shame and very disappointed.

Good food, terrible service!!!

Food was good but service let them down. We had booked using a voucher given as a birthday present. Upon arrival we were sat for ten minutes before we asked a staff member passing what the options for the voucher were. They seemed very uninterested, maybe too busy!
Some of the food arrived, there was no cutlery on the table so after 5 minutes we had to ask. The member of staff that bought it over was very rude, slamming the container down and making no eye contact, simply walked off! It felt like we had asked her for the impossible when all we needed was utensils to eat our food with, which should have been on the table anyway! The other plates came out however due to the wait the first two plates had gone cold.
Some of the staff seemed nice but not attentive at all, terrible service, will not return.

Visited our early friday night out at…

Visited our early friday night out at Revolution de Cuba Nottingham as have done regularly for many years.

The focus on our visits are the lively live music bands but not excluding the 2 fo1 cocktails and venue ambience.

We understand on occasion live music is not on and therefore continue our patronage together with friends and family often making up a noticable addition to the smaller numbers visiting during those earlier hours.

What has considerably disappointed us tonight friday 29th Nov is that the band having arrived for setting up suddenly disappeared and were relocated to the events room where a private party was to be held.

If the business deems it of little or no importance to maintain their 'status quo' with their regular patrons i.e. why pay for 2 acts on the night / the party event can take precedence, it asks the question why bother to visit those early hours for which the live entertainers are presented, and for which as said above forms a major attraction for our patronage

Dont bother going! Go to the chippy!!

Visited the Cardiff venue on Saturday. It was busy and appeared very under staffed. Or at least the staff did not make themselves visible!
" courses of food were ordered and most were returned. Overcooked, cold and or greasy were just a few comments from my guests. We were not even issued knives to cut up our food as they had none!
Upon complaining they offered 50% off our food however i had a 40% offer anyway so for the horrible food we ate or returned we actually only had 10% off the food!!
The toilets... if i had pi@@ed on my own hands they still would have been cleaner that using their sinks! Vomit and toilet paper everywhere!
I will not be returning.
