I am a big fan of smoothies and their products are pretty good but the main issue which is a big one is you have to call them to be able to cancel your subscription. I have tried few times and it's ta... See more

Revive Superfoods-Great Smoothies!
I saw Revive Superfoods on social media and thought “WOW. That is convenient, and cool.” I received my new box on December 11, 2024, in great condition. Delivery time was quick. All the smoothies have tasted delicious. They are amazingly easy to make, convenient, taste amazing, and there are a variety of flavors to choose from. All you have to do is add whatever liquid you want – almond milk, chocolate almond milk, milk, coconut water, juice or maybe just water, there are tons of options, blend it up, and drink. Easy, and healthy nice breakfast, snack, or dinner. The choice is yours! There is an option to skip weeks in advance so you can avoid being charged for and sent another box when you are not ready to. Also, you can cancel subscription anytime. I would recommend Revive Superfoods to family, and friends. Impressive smoothies.
DO NOT ORDER
DO NOT ORDER.
smoothies are gross. you also can't deactivate your account without calling, but they hang up on you stating that their lines are busy. They trap you in and over charge you. DO NOT TRY.
While the smoothies are good
While the smoothies are good, I was not advised I was subscribing to a plan. I received no notice before being advised that my next shipment of 14 smoothies per week was en route. Had to call to cancel. Very sneaky
Terrible customer service and predatory business practices, but good tasting smoothies
I'm only giving it two stars because the smoothies do actually taste good. This is a bummer because I am cancelling my subscription due to everything else. First of all, they are impossible to contact and I can't leave a Google or Facebook review, which is problematic to me in a way that they don't want people leaving reviews like this. I made an order of 18 smoothies on 12/31, and wanted to try them out. They were delivered on 1/8. When I made my order , there was no question asking if I wanted to subscribe weekly, monthly, etc. or any type of question indicating it was even a subscription service. I was then shipped a second order of pricey $18 smoothies on 1/9. I got no notification that this was coming, no email stating "do you want to add/change your order," or asking if I wanted to skip or reschedule. At this point, I'd only tried 1 smoothie given I was shipped 18 of them without my consent one day after my delivery. The default should not be 1 week deliveries, and even so, I should have the option to change that BEFORE they automatically ship it and charge my account. I then couldn't find a customer service inquiry on the page, so messaged on instagram and was sent to an email. The customer service rep, Pamela, was rude and refused to help me other than say what the company policies were and that I agreed in the terms and conditions. This is probably true, but such small print is a contract of adhesion and does not give me actual notice of what I'm signing up for. I think this is predatory business practices and trying to take advantage of consumers. I simply asked for a refund, and then I would adjust my subscription to tailor to me, because I really did like the smoothie. Pamela refused. I therefore tried to cancel my account, and, of course, you can't just cancel it online but they make you call a number. I again think this is their ploy for just taking money from customers who can't or forget to call the number. I tried to do do this at 7 or so this morning, and the line wasn't available. Companies should make cancellation easy for customers, especially if they have terrible customer service
Purposefully disingenuous
This product is good, until you want to cancel. The only way to contact them is via email, or chat (when it's available). I am very tech saavy and use subscription websites all the time, but they have purposefully made it difficult to notice how often your box is coming, so be careful when signing up because your next box is charged before the first one even arrives! I sent an email that I didn't want to continue the subscription. When I received an email back, I was told they would not refund my money, but place it in my Revive wallet and that my smoothies were already made and would be held in a freezer until I wanted them???? It seems they only respond once/day to emails, so after 5 days of emails, I am stuck with $180 credit that I will probably never use AND if I do, the shipping portion of the credit isn't applied, so I need to pay for the shipping on the next order AGAIN. I have shared that we didn't like the smoothies and won't be reordering. I don't want to support a company that makes their money on keeping money from orders that weren't wanted, have sneaky reorder procedures (ie no reminders) and are inflexible to refunding orders that were cancelled before being made/sent.
Scammy deceptive company, steer clear
Scam! I bought a box for my brother in law not realizing that somehow they signed me up for a weekly subscription.
I went to cancel when I saw a charge for $180 on my card.
1. The company refused to refund the $180 despite the fact that they hadn’t shipped me anything yet.
2. To cancel the subscription, I had to go online and fill out a form, then, call an 800 number during business hours. This extra step is what should tip anyone off…had to sit on hold to get this done.
3. They save your card info on their website and make it impossible to delete- not a good sign.
4. I have multiple advanced degrees and I’m fairly tech savvy- how did I miss that this was a subscription service? It’s deceptive.
Scam artists!!!! Red flag!!!!!!
If ww3 breaks out, I hope they nuke Revive foods in Mississauga first. This business is complete trash and all they do is scam people. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD. Without question the worst human beings alive, how this type of business is even legally allowed to operate is beyond me. They will steal your money!!!!!!!!!
Watch Out-Easy Rip Off
Please read the fine print because this company will rip you off. It stated you can deactivate anytime but you still be charged if you do not deactivate in their time slot and you will be charge but products that you will never see. Hence, you paid for items that you won't get. Rip off. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, make your own smoothie or go to WAWA, save money.
I love their protein smoothies
I love their protein smoothies. They are filling, delicious, and have been awesome during postpartum!
It's good but...
So the product is good- absolutely. And the shipping is great. The cost is mainly the factor, the intro price is a great price point I wish they could maintain that as a subscription.
The thing I didn't like- when you go to deactivate your account it processes the cancellation but then says YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM TO FINALIZE.
Listen if I'm having you chop my fruit, put it in a cup and ship it to me- I ain't got time to call you! Just cancel the account and stop the upsales tactics sheesh 🙄 but to be fair the phone call lasted 3 min so not a huge deal
Smoothies were fine, but sketchy subscription practices
Smoothies were nice, but despite signing up for the alerts I did not consistently get them, and even after pausing the subscription (yes, before the next box processed) I still was charged. I have been subscribed for at least a year now, and this happened a few times. At first I was like "well that must have been a mistake on my part" but this most recent one I know for sure I had done it properly. Decided to just cancel rather than dealing with it anymore, and turns out they require you call their "loyalty department" to complete your cancellation. Big no no nowadays, definitely need to scrap that. I wouldn't recommend signing up with them, the smoothies aren't good enough for the nonsense and hassle.
Scam, scam, scam
I placed an order with this company. What i didn't know is that they default you into an automatic weekly subscription- this is only laid out in a long terms and conditions link that you must click and read to know that.
They did not send a confirmation email for either my purchase or the weekly subscription. No notifications were given that another shipment was being processed. I found out by seeing the charge on my credit card.
I called the next day to cancel. They deactivated my account but refused to cancel the order, even though it wasn't set to ship for days.
The only number you can find by digging online is the loyalty/deactivation line. They won't transfer you to anyone regarding a refund. You'll get an email from the return department refusing to cancel and refund the shipment.
The number provided to my credit card after disputing the charge doesn't even work - busy signal constantly.
Stay away from this company!
Great smoothies
Great smoothies! Healthy and delicious! I bought bottles on Amazon to premake the smoothies so I can just grab and go without needing to take time to blend them in the morning. Super quicky healthy meal!
Really bad customer service
Really bad customer service. The product itself is good but I am constantly being charge even though I skip deliveries (I know how to check a box trust me). They do not offer refunds but sometimes will offer a credit, and then that credit will disappear. I've literally paid them over 120$ and haven't even received a product. They make it very difficult to cancel your subscription. Really horrible experience.
Super fast shipping
Super fast shipping. I really enjoy these, they actually taste good. They mix well and fill me up. I needed extra protein and theses are an easy way to get it
Horroble Bussiness Practices!
This company is the perfect example of how NOT to do business. They make it very difficult to cancel; they never take you off their mailing list, even when you unsubscribe over and over again. Just do a quick google search and you'll see how bad it really is.
deceptive company changed my plan to…
deceptive company changed my plan to once every 4 weeks- will still bill you a week later saying you unticked a box to not skip deliveries- not honest and a rip off! want to charge you $100 every week for smoothies/ even when not needed, or requested
I’ve been looking for a smoothie…
I’ve been looking for a smoothie delivery company.
These are great everything you need in one cup.. you’ll need Milk or Coconut water to mix with. Or OJ even with the banana strawberries is great!
Incredibly sketchy business practices.
