Appaulling. I have been waiting for my order since 3rd January 2025 and still waiting.
I have been send a tracking number that does not work?

Horrible customer service! My expensive probiotics were left outside my doorstep and a few hours later when I got back of course were not there! As proof of delivery, they sent me a picture of my parcel OUTSIDE my door. What the hell? No second attempt, no note, no trying at my neighbours. And now they are ignoring my request. AVOID

This Company doesn’t really warrant a 1* to be honest . I placed an order in Dec and still waiting for it to arrive. They’re ignoring my email request for a refund and their landline is not being answered. I’m now awaiting for my bank to investigate for a refund.

My order of gall plus made on the 24th of January 2024 did not arrive after nearly 3 weeks. I tried contacting them a number of times with no reply. I posted a review on Trustpilot about Revital and got an email the next day to say my order was on the way. Clearly it had not even been dispatched at that point. Five days later when it finally arrived there was only half of my order with a note to day the other tablets would be with me in a couple of days. Unsurprisingly they have never arrived. I contacted them again and got a message back to say the tablets are out of stock and I would be refunded for the missing half of my order. 10 days later no refund. I have sent them a number of messages and they have stopped replying again. Needless to say this was my first purchase with Revital and I will never deal with them again. As it stands I have last around £17.00. Please be wary of this company as they have caused me no end of stress and loss of hard earned money!!

Terrible customer care! My order hasn't arrived and when I ring Revital no-one ever picks up. I've written numerous emails and never received a reply. I will never order from them again.

Ordered product on 13th December, money has been taken from account but still no sign of product or dispatch notice.
No reply to emails or phone number provided for customer service.
Be warned! Do not use this scam company !

I placed my order with them on 30th December 2024 & received an email saying there was a delay in sending it. As of this date 6th January 2025 I have had no further contact from them. I wish I had read the Trust Pilot reviews first as many people are having this same experience, customer services never answer the phone, & no one replies to emails. Beware, this company does not deserve your business.

If you are lucky to read this before placing an order, I would strongly advise that you don’t!

I placed an order on the 10 December 2024, and have not received my order!

I have sent several emails and called the 0800 number, no response to emails and the phone just rings out!

Extremely disappointed and just a refund!

Two months and still no vitamins or refund.

I ordered some vitamins two months ago, and Revital said that the delivery company left them in my bin, but made no communication with me on this. On the website it just said it was ready for delivery.

The lack of communication has resulted in my vitamins being taken away by bin men, and I have received no refund for this.

This is deeply unfair.

Never will use Revital again.

Haven’t received my medicine which I needed urgently. Company doesn’t reply to emails. No other way of contacting them. Looking at Trust Pilot this is happening to all recent customers. Disgraceful to take money for medicine before Christmas and leave sick people without their medicine or a refund.

Great service

I ordered my things few weeks and still I didn’t get it
After one week I’ve got an email with apologies bc is busy time and my order can be late ok I understood but after nothing I try to contact with customer service two or three time about my things and nothing I need to continue my pills for three months I was looking for in shop I bought one but I can get more if I knew that will be problem I would not order it
Still I don’t know what with my order so maybe here someone will read it and explain me

Ps still didn’t receive nothing still no contact still im waiting… I report to my bank about refund but they can’t contact with Revital so from now I lost my money my time and continue to take my pills …
