Still useless

This company is badly named.
I paid for a return parcel. They never collected, as they said they had "no record" of my request, despite my having the required label.
No apologies.
The onus seems to be on the customer to prove the transaction took place.
When I complain they go silent.
There is no attempt at resolving an issue which seem to be of their own making; instead they infer that the customer (me) is in the wrong.
Quizzing me if I received a notice of home pick up, did I ACTUALLY pay, can I send proof.etc etc... their systems need to be reviewed!
Really dreadful service.
If I could give it zero stars, I would.

Absolute scammers

I’ve let this company pick up shoes worth €200 on April 11th. They have send it to the wrong company and now are vanished of the planet. For months I am trying to get a hold of them and every time I get the same “we’re trying to get a track & trace” answer, if they email back at all. They take no responsibility for losing my package at all. Nor do they come up with a solution. It’s been 2 months and still no solution.

I am sorry to see you have had a bad experience with the pickup service of UPS. Unfortunately we have partnerships with these carriers and do not do the logistics ourselves, meaning if a parcel gets lost we are also depending on the customer support of these carriers, therefore contact might take a while since we need to wait on the partners as well to start an investigation to the package. Please do let me know if this problem has still not been solved, we always try to get in contact with the merchant to see if you guys can already work something out together.

WARNING! AVOID THIS COMPANY!

WARNING ! DON´T NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are a complete fraud. I have paid them to collect a package for me and they never turn up to collect it, its been 2 weeks now. They never answer emails and their online chat is never answered either. Complete con artists. I think they are in league with another rip off company call Aurelien-Online. AVOID BOTH OF THESE COMPANIES!!
