A company of amateurs. Firstly, the console took 5 weeks to arrive despite multiple emails along the way suggesting that it had shipped or was being held in customs. All complete lies. Secondly, when it did arrive, it didn't work, and I requested a refund. After a long wait, I received a postal address in Spain, and sent the console recorded delivery. The company have since not been present at the time of delivery and have not made any attempts to arrange redelivery. I'm now £75 out of pocket. Do not do business with this company.

I’ve contacted retro snaps on multiple occasions about a fault in the memory card got an automated reply to say they would get in touch in 24-48hrs it’s now been 14days and I got the camera for my daughter for our holiday in a couple of weeks

I should have known better. Under £30 was too good to be true. A shutter speed of 1/20 is unusable in almost any light.

I've asked for a refund and am waiting for a reply.

I was send a wrong colour, filed two complaints and never received an answer. Non-existing costumer support.

Camera doesn’t work. Takes images when it feels like. Half of the images are corrupted and are either blank or random pixels. The other half are really poor quality.

Maybe the camera is good, but there costumer service is horrible!!!
I wasn´t home when the package arrived, and the company that makes the delivers didn´t notify me about anithing! I called for it´s numbers more than 20 times to each ! Without any responses back . Then, I wrote several emails to Retro Snap Cameras and also send them messages in their site. Not even a single awnser back!! How can that be possible. And the company that makes the delivers tried to deliver again the package ( one week later!!), without notifying me again! How am I supposed to know?!
I just wanted the camera !
Am I still waiting for my money back, or for an effective delivering company to give me the package!!

Received the wrong item and can't get in contact with the company

I purchased the camera a was happy😊 I ordered a yellow one, received a grey one. But fine. Mistakes can happen.

However, Unfortunately, the camera stopped working entirely after just two days and I had just taken 4 photos. It is fully charged and has been handled with care, but it simply won’t start up. I reached out via Instagram for help but haven't received a response yet. I’m hoping to get this resolved quickly. But I fear it just is a mistake to have bought it.

I should have read the reviews beforehand, wrong colour received. But more disappointed that the actual camera doesn’t work

Awful product lasted 5mins before dying and won’t restart after charge. No response from seller after a week. Feels like a cheap scam. AVOID

Very very bad service.
I ordered two câmeras on 04/02. The next day, I received information about package being scanned by carrier.
Until now, I still dont have my package, I sent several e-mails to RetroSnap without any response, carrier told us that there was something wrong and package was sent back to seller.

So many things wrong and I lost my money for this… Dont buy, the trouble is not worth it

No customer service… order not received but says delivered. Have emailed and called 5 times and heard no response. Do not trust this website!!

Sent a different colour to what I ordered, no matter what I tried I couldn’t get it to connect to my phone to transfer pictures and in the end none of this mattered as the camera totally stopped working after 24 hours. I tried contacting the company through the portal on their website but never received a reply. One star is too much id give 0 if I could.

It’s been 10 months - no camera, no refund. They haven’t been responding. They promised a refund here and then disappeared. Complete scammers!

Order arrived incorrect and faulty I have sent multiple emails, instagram messages and Facebook comment yet been ignored to try and get a replacement

Unfortunately the customer service is not very good, I had an issue with my order. I sent an email and a Facebook message and both have been ignored. Camera is ok so far but would spend abit more if it means better customer experience.

Camera won't format regardless of what I connect to it. Sent a form on rhe website. Nothing after a fortnight. Sent an email. No reply after a week. Comments are limited on their instagram. Absolutely scammed 😞

arrived faster than i thought, is exactly what they promoted, can’t wait to try it

This camera does not work and nobody is getting back in touch with me for a refund or replacement not impressed with the level of customer service
