Total rubbish

Placed an order 3rd Feb. Tracking stopped when the order was supposedly in Edinburgh 3rd of March. Despite numerous emails I get the same old apologies and excuses usually blaming the carrier. They said they’d sent out another parcel but no sign of tracking in that either. Asked for a refund but they said that wasn’t possible. I paid by PayPal so have told them I’m seeking a refund through them. So far no reply.
Avoid this company like the plague one star is to high a for them .

Never, ever order anything from this dreadful company

I ordered some "water shoes/slippers" on 23 January. They have not arrived despite many emails from me asking where they are. The response is always the same lines with some variations, saying that they've been sent, or that they are all on holiday so they can't follow it up, and please don't send too many emails because it's confusing.

This company is GARBAGE

This company is GARBAGE. I ordered a pop up card before Valentine day (well before) and it’s never arrived. Several contacts, many promises it is arriving but nothing. This is now 2 months since the order. Complete rip off merchants. AVOID !!!

DO NOT USE THESE, I wish I had read the reviews before I bought the hat I got, nothing like advertised ! I complained so they offered me £2, I said not enough as the hat was useless as a present, they said £4, I said ok as couldn't be bothered arguing, Iv had numerous excuses why they haven't sent the refund yet, from admin difficulty to they are on holiday ! Absolute joke, They use any different names for the same stuff too, 🙄

Waited 6 weeks for damaged goods they won't refund

Avoid like the plague. Item turned up damaged and they offered me £2 compensation... They wanted me to pay return shipping to China for items they sent me damaged and refused to collect, wouldn't send a returns label and haven't offered a refund. Quality was horrendous, 'support' staff were useless and dealing with them is just an entirely regrettable experience

Ordered 2 pairs of socks for Christmas presents. They took over 2 months to arrive. They are nothing like the picture that was advertised and a really poorly made. The highland cow pair only has 3 legs.
I have sent numerous emails and pictures asking for a full refund, I was offered £3, then £5 and now £8 (I paid £31.50 after they added on their hidden costs) Oh and they expect me to pay to send them back to Hong Kong.
AVOID!!!

I want to give a lower score than that…

I want to give a lower score than that as they are the worst company out there. I ordered two Bernie hats middle of November 2025 and I still don’t have them. I have threatened the company regarding fraud and keep getting told it’s the delivery agents that are the problem. I’ve told them that I’m putting it all over Facebook and still no joy. Please do not buy from this company, they are the worst and con artists.

If I could give them a negative star I would. Ordered socks early November, arrived after Christmas. Kept emailing and getting a generated message reply. Do not use this company. Absolute disgrace that they are advertised on Facebook.

Faulty Smart bag light

I bought four bag lights, two do not work despite charging. I sent an email to the company, they asked for videos of the items not working, they asked for photos of the box with the code. I have sent them everything they have asked for now they want me to send a video of me turning them on and off. Their customer service department is a joke. They do not want to refund for faulty goods. Do not buy from this company, you will lose money.

SCAMMER….DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this provider.
Item was a month late arriving and when it arrived didn’t work.
They refuse to provide me with a return & refund policy, they will not cover any cost or offer a replacement.
Horrendous!

1 star is too many

1 star is too many. They took 3 months to arrive, well past Christmas that they were intended for. Shocking quality and look nothing like the pictures. Returns are at own expense to China so exceed the value of the goods. DO NOT BUY!

If I could rate them zero, I would. Dreadful company… I ordered the socks well in time for Christmas and eventually 76 days later, they did arrive but their quality is really not worth what I paid for them. £13 each. Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered them. They have now offered to allow me to post them back (at my expense) to China or accept their rubbish £4 compensation. Just do not use them!!!!!!!!

I ordered a emotional support (weighted) panda for my daughter for her birthday. What came was a small cuddly panda that looked nothing like what was advertised. The toy cost £25 they offered £3 compensation, then came back with a final offer of £5!

Avoid - Scam awebsiyr

If I could have gave zero stars I would have. This is a diabolical business, I ordered 3 pairs of socks for Christmas gifts on October 22nd 2025, i messsged them on 17th December advising items still not received. I still haven't received my order and are not giving me my money back. I have an email trail of 22 emails, they are now saying it's been delivered and I have to investigate where my package is. Not acceptable, I want my money back. Do not use this site
