I had pretty good support through e-mail before purchase, and no problems with the shipment. I urge the company to add more payment options for international purchase.

Hardware versus software
The hardware side of this thing was perfect and it was put together well... The software side is where I have some issues a ton of duplicate games with no explanation of why they were there or what they did a lot of missed box art.. also I just felt that it was a lot of things that people may not know how to do and would be a little difficult for them.. it's not bad it's just for the price I would have liked to have seen a more detailed and cleaned up interface and instructions.. $150 less is what I think should have been the price for what I got..
