This is not a UK-based company at all (despite their co.uk website). They have policies on their website, but refuse to adhere to them. It's just all for show, and a total scam!
Online retailer pretending to be a uk company but selling cheap, low-grade products from china. It took multiple emails requesting for return details and quoting uk law to finally be told I needed to send product back to china. Of course, shipping is more expensive than the item purchased. Do not buy from this company.
