Please create plus sizes for your dresses you will get a lot more customers. Since my dress didn’t fit I wrote and email and have had back and forth conversations with Yomi. Yomi was very kind and understanding to my situation. Great customer service!

The retro stage support team
The retro stage customer support team was amazing! I had communicated about my problems with my order with one of the support staff memebers Yomi and they were so helpful, I am really grateful that they were really understanding and we were able to come to a positive conclusion. The service was very fast and they were able to contact and communicate with me about the problem with 24 hours. Overall the company was absolutely amazing and the customer service was top tier!

I have bought multiple dresses from…
I have bought 33 dresses from retro stage to be exact. For the most part the sizing is spot on to the measurements they provide. I have had a few too big and very seldom have I had a dress be too tight from retrostage following their measurements.
The styles are almost always fantastic and fit properly. The fabric for most of the dresses typically are soft and sturdy. They dont seem to pill either
Shipping has taken from 1 week to around 1 month depending on the dress. For the most part my order arrives within 2 weeks since placing an order.

Their products are low quality for starters, what was even more upsetting is they make it impossible to return an item and force you to get another cheaply made item and pay for the shipping which honestly is more than the item is worth.
I love retro fashion but this isn't the place to get it, if you want quality clothes to wear more than once for a Halloween party.
After seeing their response it's beyond laughable! I've been emailing them for days now and still have no resolution! My last 3 emails went unanswered!

While some items take much longer to ship than others, I personally have never waited over 2 weeks for an order. Retro stage has some of the cutest outfits and bathing suits. I especially love their 1950s dresses as well as their shoes. Their customer service is helpful, courteous and eager to please. I ordered 3 dresses for an upcoming wedding and 2 were perfect but one was too big. I was able to get in contact with customer service and given an option for exchange or I would have to pay for return shipping which isn't great so make sure before you order that you get the right size. The dresses are of great quality. I would definitely order from them again.

Durable, cute, great quality clothing!
I'll be honest, I'm skeptical about a lot of places online, so I bought 2 dresses from this site that were on sale and i found the designs so cute! I find this site offers great quality, durable, affordable clothing.
It is important to ALWAYS look at the size chart for each piece of clothing, i am 5ft1, 116lbs and typically a size 3-4. I am a medium in dresses on this site* and a small in some of the tops. Always check sizing!!
I'm typically a xs / S. In other stores, so just ensure you're checking the size chart EVERY TIME.
I have found multiple dresses for my everyday wear during the summer from this site. Even the dresses i bought 2 yrs ago, have held up well through washing, no colour fade, no seams tearing. These clothes last.
I found a great dress for ren faire and a beautiful retro tops for work that offer both style and comfort.
This has become one of my favourite shops to buy from.
I recommend it, as an online shopper myself this store has so many different varieties, options, even for those alt style like myself.

The clothes are cheaply made
The clothes are cheaply made. Good for a costume but I don’t think I’d wear their clothes regularly. When I went to return my order they said it would cost $6.99 to ship back but it actually cost $15. It has taken a long time to get my refund and I still have only received part of the refund.

I just love this shop! The clothes are so amazing and beautifully made. I received my top and so wonderfully made with beautiful colors. Unfortunately it was too small but Yomi made the process so easy! I will definitely be buying more clothes from them. You won’t be disappointed!

I really liked the ladybug dress, usually I size up when ordering but that was the wrong move on my part, I got in contact with customer service to see if I could exchange it for a smaller size and Yomi contacted me back and was great help.
