Retford Kitchens and Elete Installations See Update
We are in the process of having our new kitchen being installed. The first thing is the quality and finish of the units (which are made to order in Retford Kitchens own workshops) to my mind far superior to a previous kitchen we had from Howdens. The company is a family run business and are a pleasure to deal with, the whole orderering process was very easy and enjoyable. Second is the installation team these are a company called Eliete Instalations, a two man team consisting of a fitter an his mate, a one stop shop, including kitchen fitter, plumber, and gas fitter. We needed a radiator moving, a gas hob fitted, electric oven fitted and more electric sockets, this team dose the lot. They are very maticulas ensuring units are fitted perfectly, and at the end if the day every thing is left clean and tidy. So far both companies are a pleasure to deal with, I wouldn't hesitate to recommending either of them.
UPDATE July 2021: Its now been a few months since we had the kitchen installed. We had to contact them because the covering on the window sill had lifted. Elite Installations came out, inspected it and said he would put a plastic windowsill in to covert it, we agreed expecting this to be done under warranty. Over 3 weeks later after numerous calls and texts Eliete Installations we had to contact Retford Kitchens. They insisted that it was water damage but would try to contact Eliete Installations for us. Now weeks later with still no further contact from either company we are left to pay out to fix the problem. Very poor after sales service. Hence changing the rating on this review
