My experience with the Retainful app…

My experience with the Retainful app has been positive so far. It integrates well with Shopify and offers useful automation features for email and customer retention. The setup process was fairly smooth, and the app provides good tools to support abandoned cart recovery and follow-up emails.

After some inactivity on my store, I noticed my automation wasn’t triggering as expected, but with proper review and support, the issue is being identified and worked on. Overall, Retainful is a helpful tool for businesses looking to improve customer engagement and retention, especially when properly set up and monitored and a huge thanks to the retainful team vaishaak.

Easy automation

Easy automation, exceptional value for price! We are using it mostly for shopping reminders (if a customer hasn't purchased anything for more than a month) and works flawlessly.

Helpful Plugin.

Retainful has helped me a lot with my store. Their cart recovery and email tools actually work, even on the free plan. I noticed a clear improvement in customer engagement and abandoned carts started coming back. The setup was simple, support was helpful, and everything runs smoothly in the background. If you’re a new store owner or want to recover more sales without stress, Retainful is honestly one of the best apps to start with.
