I paid 157 for the standard package. My resume writer was great at implementing my feedback however for the most part that's all she was good for. For the most part I was hoping for industry specific tuning, however most of my descriptions stayed mostly the same, with a few tweaks. Her tweaks were enough to give a good baseline for an AI model to make a better resume, but that better resume is more or less what I was looking for from her. Overall mixed feelings, but I wish I had someone who needed less feedback - I was expecting to guide her less given her experience, and even then felt the result was sub par.

I went with the Professional package. The team at Resumeble did a great job modernizing my resume, something I had not updated in years. They didn't make up, embellish, or inflate the things I had already listed on my resume. Instead, they took the points I already had and streamlined the language, made it look more professional, and summarized it in a well-done qualification summary. They also exceeded my expected timeline, so that I actually received the first draft of my resume and cover letter faster than I hoped for. The one thing I wish they did better was ask more questions about my accomplishments, job activities, etc. I think this would have helped tease out some other useful bullet points for my resume. However, overall, I am very satisfied.

This Resume writing service was exactly what I was looking for. I was able to communicate efficiently with my writer Sadie who took my details provided to her and create what I consider an amazing looking resume. She used words that Americans would use and not write it like a person from the UK like my last resume was written. Verdict is still out on if I get interviews using this resume but I am very satisfied with the product, friendliness of my writer and her ability to take my ideas and craft a beautiful resume. First contact from the writer: Addressed me as "Kelly" instead of my actual name [Your Full Name] — a fundamental mistake that shows zero attention to detail right from the introduction. For a service selling professional resumes and career documents, this is embarrassing and undermines any claim to quality.
After complaining, support eventually responded with apologies and excuses (e.g., "took extra time to review for accuracy"), but no prior update on the delay existed, and they offered to continue with the same flawed process. I rejected this and demanded reassignment to a new writer—still waiting for proper resolution.

This is not professional service. Basic name accuracy and advertised timelines should be non-negotiable, especially at this price point. Multiple failures from day one have destroyed any confidence in the company.

If you're considering Resumeble, think twice—paying premium for careless execution and poor communication is not worth it.

I expect either a full refund or complete reassignment with strict adherence to promises, but the experience so far has been disappointing.
