Overall, a good experience. Karen, my assigned resume writer, was very responsive and was able to create a great overall resume, capturing everything it needed to grab the right hiring managers.
I did notice a spelling error in the heading of one job role after I submitted it to a few organizations. I should have given it a once over before closing my order. Overall though, a good job!

As one can expect, the quality of service will depend on particular writer that is assigned. I was not entirely happy with the first one, the process seemed impersonal and result was mediocre.
