We came to Fabios as my cousin came from London and wanted to try and good italian . So I took them to Fabios as I have to say this is the best italian in swindon by far. The food and atmosphere is amazing. Totally recommend. The staff are all so friendly and the owner Gianni is just so adorable. Good portions too and tasty

Celebrating what should have been a nice 50 year birthday in the wine cellar turned out to be an extreme cold and dark experience. Spending about 1600 USD one would expect a warm welcome in all it's senses unfortunately neither welcome, presentation or facilities was acceptable.
They should never have put us in that cold dark dungeon that might work during summer but without heat or light this doesn't work at all.
The food was good as usual (was returning customers) but all guests was freezing even with the extra cloth we brought and dirty blankets provided. The rooms was sized for 14-16 persons the website states but for 13 persons with children we were crammed together in dark cold room.
Contacting the restaurant about our experience has NOT spawned apologies which is really bad!
My wife and I went to Fabio's restaurant on Falkoner Alle 56 on a Saturday evening. Very kind servants and authentic Italian style restaurant. We had a 3 course menu with anti-pasti, pasta, desert. Everything was absolutely tastful and homemade to the last bit. We loved it. We chose a glass of prosecco for starter and a nice amarone for the menu. We enjoyed and hope to come again very soon. We can recommend Fabio's Restaurant at Falkoner Alle 56.
