I would give less than 1 star if possible. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.
They recently merged with SIMYO, and my tariff went from 15 euros a month to 54 euros in june and 28 euros in August. They never warned me of this merger or what it would mean for my contract. They also charged me twice in June and July.
I had no problems before the merger, but now I feel totally scammed and unable to budget or control my expenses as I have no idea what crazy amount they are going to charge me next.
I have been trying to contact them about this, and to cancel my contract, however they never assigned my email to my account, so I'm unable to log into my user area online, and their phone number doesn't work no matter if I put in area code, call it from a spanish or english number, never works. There's the option to send an email to them on their website, but it bounces back and never sends.
Feel so let down by this company, I'm actually considering denouncing them.
