The plates I wanted were sourced, then the delivery company lost them! Replace your plates were always available to answer a call, sourced additional plates without question and had them delivered safely. Would definitely recommend.

Found them very helpful, communication was good, would have given them 5 stars but for a mix up over the order, they only had 3 of an item, not the 4 advertised. They did offer to try to find another to make up the order at nil cost, was impressed by that

I paid for two Aynsley Pembroke soup bowls by Paypal on June 5th. As with other customers, the order wasn't even confirmed until June 13th. By June 24th the plates still hadn't arrived and when I phoned I was told the courier hadn't been able to find the house (as it has a name not number) -- ridiculous. We have lots of courier deliveries including deliveries from the courier used. I was then assured two more plates had been posted with a different courier and would arrive that week. They eventually arrived late Friday afternoon. This company seems to have problems with its courier service and should probably state a delivery time of 7-10 days rather than 3-5 but I appreciate the fact that Wayne paid for a replacement package to be sent out and refunded my original postage. The plates were in good condition and well packaged.

Ordered some plates on the 23rd January, did not arrive within 10 days but then waited a month, still not arrived, so chased up several times. Finally arrived on Thursday 21st March - nearly TWO months later!! Ordered 5 plates at a total cost of £ 78.50 through Etsy, & Replace Your Plates received payment the following day, (confirmed by Credit Card Co.) Plates were £ 9.79 each so paid an additional & expensive £ 29.55 for the dreadful P & P ! Totally unacceptable service, however, there was no rudeness or unreasonableness conduct at all, but there was no apology either for the delay. I would suggest that buyers go to the main shop in Norwhich rather than wait for the company to post the items. It will be quicker!

Given this four stars. The plates and dishes were in perfect condition. However had difficulty with the delivery of the purchase. A second parcel had to be sent as the first one never arrived.

Hi, I bought 4 Wild Country plates from this firm as I have found the plates are very good and can be heated up without cracking the glaze. I needed to replace some and the replaced ones were excellent, no cracks or chips, all well wrapped for shipment, thankyou
