Replace a chipped dinner plate
Looked to replace a chipped dinner service plate and found Replaceyourplates by shear accident. There was an excellent choice of China on the website and found replacements available.
The service and delivery was excellent.

Pity I can’t give 0 stars.
I placed an order in October and have not received the item. Emails have been ignored and when I finally got through on the phone I was told it was the couriers fault and he’d refund me as soon as he got in the office. That was 3 weeks ago. Still nothing.
The idea is great but I wouldn’t recommend this company at all.
Update: Refund is on its way!

Appalling Service
If I could give a 0 I would. Absolutely appalling service. I order plates on 7 October, contacted 2 or 3 times and mostly got no replies. Plates arrived 18 November, one was broken. Have contacted them several times, still have not had a refund and it is now 3 months later.
Do not use - they either don't reply or give excuses.
Parcel was not sent back as we never got it and you replied to say it had not been posted! Once this review was posted I got my money back!

I have been looking for replacement plates for some time. These were in very good condition and packaged to prevent damage. I am so happy that we will sitting down for our Christmas meal with matching plates.

Satisfied customer
The ordering process was quick on a website that was easily navigable and the goods arrived within 10 days intact although the outer packaging didn’t look or feel very robust. I was very pleased to be able to replace some of my china with genuine pieces.
