I am very pleased with my purchase and feel that it offers excellent value for money. The quality of the product has met my expectations, and I am satisfied with what I received for the price paid. In addition, the customer service was outstanding—professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. I was also impressed with the delivery, as the parcel arrived much quicker than I had anticipated. Overall, this has been a very positive experience, and I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Short returns period
Great service, but I feel the returns policy only allowing 14 days to change your mind or request a different size is restrictive especially if items are for a gift. Fortunately on this occasion the item fitted had it not I would have been stuck with a jumper that was too small as I missed the return period by two days.
