Scam Site Do Not Order

I ordered a hanging basket from this company and paid $59.48. I received numerous shipping updates and a delivery notice saying delivery was meant to be completed on 7/6/2026. The item was never delivered. I was home this day and nothing was received. The company tried to blame on US Postal system and said I had to check with them or to check with neighbors. I paid for shipping insurance and they will not honor a refund. I see now others have had similar experiences with this company and they are regarded as a scam site. When I put their site into Trust Pilot, Trust Pilot seems to regard them as US company, but my credit card notes they are in the UK, but from other reviews I also see, this company may actually be a Chinese company. I should have done my due diligence here. I have disputed with my credit card. I am surprised no one else has posted on Trust Pilot about them before. Posting so others don't get duped.
