I would give rating of zero, but...
Took my phone in for replacement screen, but when got it home (having been charged $220), volume button was temperamental to the point of rendering the phone unusable (ghost increase in volume to max every few seconds) and the faceid was not working. Returned to store within 30 minutes and told that it was my issue as it was working when left store (clearly to wasn't)?! Offered refund, (but replaced screen with old screen) and now phone does not work at all - but then charged $49 for assessment and refused to refund full amount. AVOID - crooked practices at best... I have been charged for the technician to completely destroy the phone. No way of raising formal complaint/ addressing by higher authority. Had used Repair Mate a couple of times previously, but never again - customer lost!!!

Dishonest, mailed in my S21 U 512GB phone device for repair, it's without any scratches, mailed back a S21 U 128GB phone obviously it was being switched which is not the same device I had mailed in, the 128GB phone received was with full of damage/scratches everywhere on the phone and they insist it was correct, 512GB & 128GB, same?? Beware on this type of repairer.

Great Service fixed my iPhone with in 30 minutes. Price was very competitive compared to others near by.

I have reported this company to Trump.
He can deal with your nonsense.
I have also received no refund, and had no service.
$149 wasted.
However Trump will sort it out.
I'm not the first customer, and I thank the reviewer comments for their foresight and scrutiny. It protected me.

hopeless. I have been trying for a month to sort out on line payment as a quest. It crashes. They promise to have their software people and their accounts dept call me so I can pay but no one calls.
My tablet is sitting there not repaired.. not happy Jan..
