Ripoff!!!
The company is not in the US as it claims so items take a long time from order date to delivery. Scam 1.
Their return policy is awful. 5 weeks after ordering, I received the 3 tops. Items are too small and in contacting customer service, after some back and forth emails, they offered me $31 for $100 spent. Scam 2.
Don’t buy from Renyya!!!

I received two sweatshirts in a $400 order. These two didn’t fit and the kids didn’t like the color. I emailed asking to just exchange them for other choices. They have done nothing but argue with me for three weeks. The choice should have been to allow an exchange and make their customer happy so they would have future business from me. They are terrible at customer service!! Do NOT order from them unless you are prepared to keep whatever you order whether it fits or NOT!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered some items that did not fit and tried to return them. After several emails they offered me $24 in refund for items totaling $103. So far I haven't received even this. The company is not in the US (the web site states that it is) and you get charged a foreign transaction fee on top of your cost. There is virtually no customer service and their return policy is a total lie.

I ordered and paid for my order on October 5, 2021. They charged right away. It now is November 29, 2021, and I still have not received my order. I have sent 3 email’s to them and all they say is they will check on it and I haven’t heard or received anything.

I bought a top from this company and it was nothing like what was advertised on the website. When I tried to get a refund I was offered $3 compensation for a item that cost me $48. When I asked about returning the item for a refund I was told that I would have to pay the postage to Dubai myself, despite the website showing ‘Free Refunds’ available. After many emails it became clear the the company was not prepared to honour their trading terms. In the end I contacted my credit card company and requested and received a chargeback refund. Do not use this company their products and customer service are atrocious.

I ordered a Christmas top mid October and just received it. Thankful I got it before Christmas so I can wear to a party. Runs a little big, fyi

The tops did not have labels with laundering instructions.

I ordered three tops to be able to get the free shipping. Almost $100 and none of them were like they looked on the website. I tried to return and each time I email them it takes them almost a week to reply back and they say they’ll give me $15 as a return. That their return warehouse is in Dubai and shipping is so expensive. This is for a company that advertises it’s made in the USA! SCAM!!! DON’T ORDER FROM!

I love the tops I ordered, but the shipping was very slow. When ordering, it gave the impression that it would ship in a reasonable amount of time. This was not the case. It took about 5 weeks to get and tracking was impossible.

I really like knitting with this yarn. I have never used such a fine yarn. At times the thread doesn't get picked up so I just catch it on the next row. I am knitting amazing shawls for my daughters. They are so soft!!!!

Loved the three products I bought. They were well made, stylish, fit as expected and priced right. I’ll be purchasing again.

This was the first time ordering from a US company since I live in Canada.
I received an email saying I would have to pay a border fee of $3-4 more for my order to cross the border. I didn’t know if this was a scam or not but I didn’t respond to the email. And I did receive the package the following week. Are you giving / selling emails to a third party who hacks your customers emails?
I was a little disappointed in the colour of the shirt it was not as bright as your picture was.
Not sure if I’ll order again from your company. Maybe now I’ll just presume things are not the colour they appear because I do like your style of clothes.

Very happy with the quality of the merchandise.

Loved the feel of the fabrics and the vibrant patterns and colors. Had to return item that didn’t fit. Customer service was not as helpful as I was led to believe on their website. Slow to respond to emails. I had about $100 in merchandise to return. I was first offered $32 and keep the merchandise. We finally agreed on $64 and I gifted the merchandise to someone who it fit. Additional research makes the whole made in the US very sketchy. I will not order again.

Very nice blouses, well made. The color wasn't quite as vibrant as the picture but I still love them.

The site says shipped from US but it came from China in a month. I ordered one size larger from review comments and while 1 shirt was good, the other is huge. I appreciate you use recycled materials but there is absolutely no washing instructions. It is unlikely I will order again though your styles and colours are what drew me in in the first place.
