Excellent service from start to finish.

Absolutely amazing,
The staff so helpful and work to achieve your requirements, they go above and beyond.
The container was clean and ready for use and took circa 45mins from the first call to completion of documentation, to taking the container.
Communications with all staff have been helpful, clear and concise.

Very easy system, clean site and container with good access to site.

I emailed 8 companies about container hire and only one emailed me back and that was Gary, he didn’t only email me back within 10 minutes he also followed up with a phone call. He answered all my questions and even met me at the site on the following day (Sunday) and got us all sorted. First class service from Gary at Rentcontainer.

Great value with water tight containers. We have used other companies in the past that have had substandard containers. This is the second time that we have used Rent Container and highly recommend them.

Emailed Rentcontainer and had a return call within minutes. Spoke to Gary and he was extremely polite and helpful. Went to the storage depot today and met with Gary who again was very helpful, explained everything in detail, no hidden costs at all. Took us to the container and again explained how everything worked and the security used. So very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend Rentcontainer to anyone.

Just hired a 20ft container today. Prompt reply to my initial enquiry: plenty of information without being pestered about whether I want to take things further. Met Gary today to complete the rental agreement. He was friendly and polite and explained everything carefully. I am also pleased with the pricing structure as there are no hidden extras unlike some other container companies.

I was looking for temporary storage whilst I moved home and what was meant to be short term turned into a couple of years. Using rentcontainer at Foston was brilliant as security is paramount and I had great access to the site whenever I needed it. Sarah, Gary and Alex were all very helpful at every point and when I did eventually move I needed 3 storage units short term and everyone helped me out so that I could do what I needed. Can definitely recommend them.

Having had loads of issues / stress with a local (indoor storage) company, we could only stand them for 4 days. awful parking scrabbling with 1 lift that serves 3 floors and very restrictive access hours.

We gave up, even lost money, and have moved to Rent Container @ Swadlincote, not looked back since!

We dealt with Alex on the phone , then both Alex and Gary on site to view the container, the facilities and complete our paperwork.

The simplicity of the process was amazing, no silly apps and remote contacts, plain and simple old school process with real people, who clearly KNOW how to treat customers.

Any doubts we had about using an external container evaporated, the the unit is very clean, dry and insulated.
Fabulously convenient access times too !

Gary gave me details of different size storage containers and arranged to meet me at Swadlincote site. He was on time, very professional but friendly and we completed the necessary paperwork. Everything was straightforward. The site was secure and I feel my belongings are safe. Access is 6am to 11pm which is better than anywhere else I had enquired with. I’d highly recommend this company.
