I had horrible tenants when Reneza started managing my property. All the time they were late to pay the rent, they weren't answering phone calls, then I decided to bypass it for Reneza professionals. They made our relationship better now, and actually, now I understand, why I am paying for professionals. Better on, I am paying less than to traditional letting agent. I think all of the landlords should join the revolution and move on from those traditional letting agents.

I have three properties in Manchester and all this time I was using local letting agents to find tenants. Then more and more friends of mine recommended me online letting agents because it’s much cheaper. At first, I was sceptical about this idea, because I couldn’t trust online letting agents. However, as more and more buzz was created about online agents, I decided to try something new, more innovative. And actually, it went better than I expected. Reneza manager Ben did much more than his job by helping me upload my property since I am useless with these devices. So, from the beginning, they managed to organise excellent photos of my properties. The unique selling point for me was that I was able to customise my package. For instance, they scheduled the viewings for me, as I like meeting the tenants myself and choose the top ones. They also did referencing and contract.
All in all, the process was made quickly, and I was incredibly surprised. So, I am really grateful for the help that Ben was able to give me. I wish you all the best!

As a tenant I have not interacted with them quite a lot. Few calls, few emails – and finish, ready to move. Everything was done even without their presence on the ground. So that’s where we are heading now… Can’t complain. They took a while to get back few times in regards to my questions, but everything’s done now.
