I got unwanted packages delivered after clearly cancelling my subscription. They deliver the product by batches of 2 and now are asking me for 1800NOK. I don’t have a track of any subscription for the matter. I was willing to send back the products but haven’t heard from them. Now I am getting penalties for paying late something I didn’t even buy.
Total amateurish company. Also the product is made in China, which is concerning to me for a supplement health product.
I will fight in court if my issue don’t get solved.
Avoid at all costs.

When I received product I see something from China.
NO TRUST product when on websites you make very low quality and give too little information about payment. I can say this company is not Norwegian owner .so when is not Norwegian and not act professional up you but for me I am will report this company.
I order so much thing in Norway I never ever have problem to pay or forget to pay.
But this company never give clear anout payment and if you forget they never ever send sms to remind you.
They only sent you inkasso right away.
They are acting like scams.
You must stop lie and stop to put some sweet inside product.

The taste is very artificial especially because of sweeteners. Can cause skin irritation, redness and itching. Support is difficult to reach, all rules are unclear and hidden. Payment due can appear before delivery date. No confirmation of subscription came. Didn’t notice any difference after one month, by the end of month appeared skin irritation. I hope they get information and communication on a better level than possible to review the feedback, but for now.
