The team installing our Solar Panels were Excellent, they were hard working and very polite. They explained every thing to use and how it worked, they even installed the app on my phone so I could see the power the solar panels are making.I would highly recommend Renewafuel, All the company are helpful, friendly, and always able to give advice.

Never used this company. Fed up with emails from them. Tried reporting spam and blocking but still bombed with emails. Suspect this is a bad company!

We have just had completed the installation of an air source heat pump by Renewafuel - involving the installation of the pump itself, a new 200 L water tank, replacement of 10 radiators and removal of all old water tanks from the loft. The team of Ryan and Travis who carried out all this work were superb, quite the best team that we have had working on our house in the 41 years that we have owned it from a new build when first bought. They also stripped the roof of our old solar panels and replaced them with 16 new panels as part of the project to renew our solar installation with a new inverter and battery. All of this was completed in 3 days. Ryan and Travis worked tirelessly throughout with an impressive attention to detail. All walk-through surfaces in the house were protected with sheeting, and after each item was installed (e.g. radiator, water tank, etc.) any resultant 'mess' was immediately cleared up. We were very impressed with their work ethic, attention to detail, and their preparedness to go out of their way to resolve any aspects that we queried with them. These comments are made immediately following the installation and initial testing of the system. We are now at the stage of learning how to programme and manage the system which will perhaps justify a follow-up review when we have fully familiarised ourselves with how to control the system to best suit our needs.

Bad business model: They are just trying to sell you their pay monthly scheme and once you have paid in full and they have got your money no further contact.
First instillation and set up was wrong.
Second took ages to come out and put right.
But even then it was not set up correctly.
Poor customer service: did not return service request emails.
No after sales service or training on how to set up system, system not set up right, we had to find some online videos on how best to set up the SunSync system. Still not sure if it is set up correctly.
Arranged 3 call backs to discuss optimising our system, they never called back.
They have a bad CRM system as they installed our system and then were contacting us to arrange a call to sell a solar system.
Seems we cannot use the battery for our own use, only to sell energy back to grid.

Excellent service from start to finish!

The sales discussion was transparent and clear and he helped us figure out the right system for our needs. We agreed a fair price for the install of a heat pump and battery system, and in less than two weeks of first contacting Renewafuel we had our install underway.

The plumbing and electrical teams were super professional, friendly, and keen to explain what was going on throughout the two day install. We had a couple teething issues post install, and in both instances the team responded same day to come out and sort the system out. All is working as it should, the heat pump is no louder than our fridge, and now that we've swapped to a flexible tariff it looks like we're on course to cut our energy bills by more than half over the next twelve months.

As we installed in the summer I can't say yet quite how well the heating system will work, but the hot water has worked like a charm, and with much bigger radiators installed as part of the heat pump installation I think we'll be a lot warmer this winter.

I haven't come across a company that seems to care quite so much about treating their customers well as these guys do, and they seem to really love what they do reducing the carbon footprint of the homes they work on. I highly recommend working with Renewafuel if you want to reduce your energy bills and your impact on the environment.

Used Renewafuel to install a heat pump, solar panels and battery. The teams were helpful and effective also cheerful which is nice. Well pleased with the results, only used the heat pump for water as its been a hot summer but it does a good job, quiet and effective.

The one or two errors that result from large and comp-licated projects were dealt with rapidly and efficiently.

Everything was first rate from start to finish. No hard sell, just factual information. The lads who fitted everything were polite and friendly and left everything clean and tidy when the installation was complete. They made sure that I was familiar with the apps and that everything was working as it should. Thoroughly recommended.

Me & my partner have just had our heat pump and solar fitted. It was fantastic service from start to finish. I found the sales person was very good and informative, not pushy at all. The team that installed the heat pump were brilliant, very efficient and clean & tidy. Whilst there were a couple of minor niggles, the speedy response to resolve was excellent. Best investment I’ve ever made!!

I wasn’t completely sold on the idea of going to renewable energy but now it’s installed I wouldn’t go back and I wish I had done it sooner!

I spoke with the owner Kelly directly who explained to me all of the benefits and how switching would be beneficial and everything she said was bang on.

The service was seamless all way through the install the team was friendly and very efficient.

Renewafuel offered multiple solutions when it come to the cost that worked for me also they actually advised me on the products that was going to be more beneficial and suited to my property not like other companies who was pushing all there products on me

If you haven’t invested already your simply wasting your time not only have my energy bills plummeted my epc rating has improved on my property just honestly wish I had done this earlier

We met Kelly at the Newark Show on 10th May & arranged an informal discussion & survey at our home. Subsequently, renewafuel arranged for us to view one of their installs a short distance away. 30 days after the Newark Show, we welcomed three plumbers from Renewafuel to install the heat source pump. The work was completed in a friendly professional manner within 2 days & included the appearance of two electricians at exactly the right time. Floor coverings were laid before any work commenced & removed on completion. Their attention to detail was exemplary, with ALL excess material taken away – including a very old, heavy steel metal, Oil Combi Boiler.
A thorough testing of the Heat Source Pump took place, with our involvement, together with full instructions on how to use the app on our phone, which identifies important analysis, as required.
The next day, 12 Solar Panels plus ancillary items were being unloaded by a delivery firm, just as the two installers arrived, with perfect timing. Our steep ridged roof, facing East & West did not phase them & they worked seamlessly with two electricians. Again, their professional standards were clear to us. The location of the backup batteries was accommodated with alacrity, so any concerns we had had, melted away. All electrical work was efficiently completed on the same day, at 7:30pm, for a run through on the mobile app.
We have complete confidence at this early time, to actively recommend The Heat Source Pump &/or Solar Panels from Renewafuel to all that are interested.
