Definitely a scam site, just pay for GPT or Gemini Pro. The renders are extremely off. No matter how detailed a prompt you write, you roll the dice every time with little to no chance of getting something good. Save your money

Randair is completely misleading about their subscription plans. They make you believe that for $49/month you get 1500 renders, 75 videos, and 300 upscales etc.., but that’s not true at all. Everything runs on a shared credit system, so after creating just a few images, your ability to make videos or upscales drops dramatically — even if you haven’t used them!
Very deceptive and not transparent at all. I don’t recommend this service to anyone.

We recently started using Rendair in our studio, it is transforming the way we now work. It is crucial to book in time for the incredibly attentive staff, we are on first name basis now, they offer 1 to 1 meetings and training, otherwise hours can be spent navigating the platform trying to get results. It really feels like a bespoke personal service.

I would give zero stars if possible. This software is completely disappointing and feels like a scam. The results look nothing like the sketches I upload – even in Sketch to Render mode, the AI constantly changes the geometry and invents random elements that were never part of my design. For architectural visualization this is completely useless.
The settings (image strength, creativity, reference strength) do not work as described, and no matter how carefully I write the prompts, the program does not respect the input. Instead of a reliable rendering tool, it feels more like a toy that wastes credits.
Save your money – this tool does not deliver professional results and is absolutely not worth the price.

Its not great for using it as a replacement for traditional Architectural rendering but is the best so far for capturing your design accurately. Its not 100% accurate but its better than a few ive tried out. It has enormous potential and generated a few descent accurate photorealistic renders of one project i worked on.. My biggest complaint is that i cancelled my subscribtion with 51 credits remaining but they cleaned that out with my subscribtion while maintaining my profile. Also very frustrating is that with each image generated in the standard mode which is the only useful mode i can use, it takes 2 credits per single image generation and about 10 credits for upscaling a single image. In under a month 1 went through almost 500 credits with under 100 images generated and 80% of them i couldnt use because they were incorrectly interpreted by The AI model. I will not be signing up again. Overall very poor experience and no communication from their chat option either.

The experience is great, I find this tool very time saver if used properly.

By default, the standard subscription they offer is annual, despite showing the monthly price. I purchased this subscription by mistake when I wanted to try the program, and I immediately contacted technical support to clarify the error. They quickly told me they understood the mistake and that, after confirming the case, they would proceed.

A week later, they wrote to me saying they had confirmed the case, but that to proceed, they needed me to write a positive review on Trustpilot — clearly blackmailing me into giving them a positive opinion. When I made it clear I would not accept the blackmail, they quickly backtracked, saying it had just been a misunderstanding and that the refund was already being processed.

Two months have passed, and not only have I not received any refund, but two months after the incident, and without having opened their page again, I received a charge on my account for a new monthly fee. Beware of this site, they are not trustworthy people.

Impossible to try! not even 1 free credit! how should I validate if product worth???? And there is no any information you cannot use it to try! I filled all the data necessary spend 30 min of my time and then what I see... you don't have credits! so as I can tell my experience here is very negative seems like scam!

I don't recommend this for professional use. It cannot achieve even the most basic commands. Nothing I would use to show a client. The only use I see for this is a tool for inspiration because it creates wacky results. The sliders for modifying the creativity etc. seem to be opposite of what it's meant to do. Random telephone poles or a skylight will show up on an image I'm just trying to do in a different lighting or environment, completely altering my design. I'm highly disappointed and feel as though this was falsely advertised as to what it can do.

Rendair has a great combination of useful features and learning resources. In a new and fast-paced market segment, Rendair seems to be ahead of the curve and evolving quickly. Their personalized training is an incredible value and a stand-out feature of their platform. My first solo attempts were rough. Persistence started paying off. The personalized training really accelerated things. I’m looking forward to growing with this platform.

Absolute scam company. I have used the service for a month or two with mediocre results hoping to replace renderings as the conceptual design stage. This past month accidentally clicked the wrong tab so it was yearly subscription. Immediately contacted support who said a refund would not be possible. Avoid!!

Rendair.ai is a really promising platform with impressive technology behind it. What made the biggest difference for me, though, was how kind and responsive the support team was. It’s not every day you come across both a great tool and genuinely helpful people. I’m looking forward to using it more and seeing where it goes 🌸

I am super impressed with Rendair and their ability to capture and transform my ideas into beautiful architectural renderings. Their tools work great for interior and exterior renderings in visualizing spaces, formulating inspiration and presenting creative designs.

Bought a subscription and 80% of the features didn’t work. Complete waste of money. I contacted customer support 2 weeks ago and have yet to hear back.

Really the best customer center ever. Never elsewhere received both instant mail response and a real chat on the website, actually solving my problem.
And also the platform itself is very cool :)

I'm using rendair since the beginning. For my perspective, solo architecture firm doing houses projects, the application it's spot on regarding first studies to show to the client.
I'm not looking to a detail render. I'm looking for different solutions, to show the client options for him to understand the environment. The application, for the time to use, the easy and quick response, is definitely an element in my architecture process. If I pay for someone to make this kind of images, the process wouldn't be profitable (in such an early stages, because of the client changes)
Furthermore, it's a huge tool to make social content.

One of the most professional renders you can get in the market. ai is not perfect yet, but you will be able to get a really good idea with these renders. I am building a $4M house to sell and I am using the renders to show investors and potential buyers on how the house is taking shape. I have received very good feedback from both.

Great tools to experiment with using AI in architectural rendering. High quality AI models. Easy to use and intuitive. Very helpful team members as well.
