Very easy and useful.

Easy to use.
The site was easy to use. However some of the companies who called were not what I was looking for. One commented in an email that they "would send 3 strong men" Not the quality I was hoping for. A couple were a bit too pushy and looking for what I was quoted by others. 1 was good. I am keeping those details for when I need to move. Next time I will just Google, instead of this site.

Easy to use and had a few follow up emails and calls from removal companies.
Had an issue with address search as wouldn’t find the town I was moving too hence the 4 star.

Their site was easy to use. One company contacted us within 5 minutes. A wide range of companies: some were very professional and some that felt like cowboys (no ID, no literature, not even taking notes!)
(Because of the unprofessional approach of some companies I deducted 1 star; also because we didn’t get advised how many companies potentially would get in touch, or which ones, so we knew who were genuine and if any were spammers or not legit. They didn’t feel as ‘vetted’ as if I’d got in touch with companies myself’ which led to the loss of another star.)

Spam company!!
I entered my details on their website just to see some quotes but this company sold my details to all the surveyors and my email and phone is spammed with hundreds of emails and messages.

It was very easy to contact recommended and trusty removal companies by using this method.I was contacted by companies very quickly by email and phone.I was surprised how quickly I could get quotes by phone or to arrange a visit.A very positive experience.
