Do not use Remote Lands for a Jet Experience

I used this company for an Aman Jet trip. I never realized they wouldn't get us the best rooms at the properties where we stayed. They was limited WiFi, the meals were a flight attendant rolling a cart through the plane and serving family style. The disorganization was another issue for us. We are high end travelers and we were amazed at the poor organization skills of the owner who accompanied our trip.
We have since changed Travel Advisors and we now are booked on Four Seasons Jet and the Four Season Yacht.
As far as other Remote Lands products, I cannot comment.
