After waiting one month they decided to say the product was not available and did provide a full refund for a part they did not have!

Ordered gate remote controls on 5th August - nothing for two weeks before I received an email from them on 13th Aug admitting that they don't actually have them in stock.
They said they would let us know as soon as they knew when it would be available.
25th August and still nothing.
Too incompetent to be a scam

There was not enough information about product I bought and it was incompitable. Now when I want to return it, post expenses are charged from customer. My product cost 20€ + 8€ shipping and now when I am returning it, that costs me 20€. I reached customer service only when I was returning the product. I tried to call their given number but they hung up on me everytime.

Highly unsatisfied and will never suggest to order from here.

Terrible company. All my approved payment methods would not work "a problem with your bank" I checked no problem at all.

I tried to call them and nothing after five minutes someone disconnected me. One to avoid.

Poor quality product, web site switches to French and people answering the phone do not speak English. I eventually got through to a German speaker after 10 attempts, he managed to tell me to call again, when I asked if I could get a call back when an English speaker was available he just said no and hung up. Returning their faulty products is impossible. Remotes only last about 6-12 months. Terrible, company to deal with, find an alternative supplier if you can.

Update. After emailing them they did honour the warranty and eventually replaced the faulty remotes. They did need to see pictures of my faulty remotes first and to be honest I was sceptical that I would get the replacements but they have arrived. I'm therefore going from 1 star to 3 mainly for poor quality product in the first place and difficulty with the web site.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

My order got stuck in Paris due to missing documentation. Every sales assistant I spoke to claims they didn't speak English. There was one who said contact the courier, Chronopost but every link on theri site advised to refer back to the sender.

Awful service, I doubt i'll receive my order nor a refund for undelivered goods.

Very misleading company.
Website shows one price but once payment has been taken a higher price is taken.
They blame google for misleading price.
Trying to request a refund now.
Fortunately paid via PayPal but very annoying.

Thank you so much for being so helpfull. It only took 2 days to sent my request for 2 remotes. Just a request to send a photo of it. And they knew straight away which one I wanted. Had them in 5 days. Woukd so recommend this company for its way they look after you. They are working great and only about 5 mins to get them both working. Thank you so much

Ordering was simple and received parts quick. Not the first time we have used this company and most certainly won't be our last!

Ordering and paying was easy.
Order confirm was ok.
Delivery tracking was a little bit tricky first have to go your account and check order status and copy tracking code and then go to dhl tracking site.
One star minus to package. Hard box might be more realible.
