Recommend for Patagonia hotel and tours

We booked accommodation and tours for this coming November and paid 30% deposit. Unfortunately we needed to cancel, so I contacted the hotel to let them know. They immediately offered to refund the entire deposit as it was still plenty of time before we were due, and I have now received the full amount back into my account.
Throughout our entire experience, from booking to cancellation, the Remota Hotel and Patricio in particular have been very responsive, helpful and friendly.
