I ordered a necklace which I was then told by Reliquia it was on pre-ordered. I requested a refund as no arrival date was provided. I have been told that I cannot have refund but as based on good will I can purchase something else. I don’t want purchase anything else as it’s a gift and I have ordered the item from another provider so I want my money back. Reliquia has declined. I have lodged a complaint with the office of fair trading.
Dishonest representation of what you will get. Horrible quality.
Jewellery received is completely different to what is depicted online. Customer service will try to tell you you can't return as it's against their returns policy. Push for your rights for a full refund under Australian consumer law. It is clearly false advertising and I'm surprised they are allowed to continue to misrepresent their products in this manner. Jewellery was poor quality, a different colour, shape and not refined in design. One pair of earrings were not even matched in size or symmetry. I have previously bought from Reliquia and was happy with what I received. No more. Buyer beware.

I purchased a pair of “gold filled” earrings and they turned to absolute sh*t almost instantly. Also the weight was like painted plastic. Spoke to them (as purchased directly) and they didn’t care.

Cheap & nasty product, irresponsible company...
Received a faulty pair of earrings (bent post didn't meet the backing hole, so would not fasten). Reached out to 'customer service' (ha!) team and was told to find a pair of pliers and fix myself!!! Un. Be. Lieeeevable. But from the reviews here (which, of course, I wish I'd come to before making a rubbish purchase) it looks like they won't be in business for much longer - good riddance!

Awful quality
Awful quality. My bracelet went from gold to showing the silver underneath within weeks of wearing. This is not the only piece from them that this has happened with. Reliquia must be doing something dodgy because I have bought other "gold fill" jewellery and it is much better quality.

Bought a ring on sale approx $80 down from over $200 and within a week the gold had almost completely rubbed off. Customer care replied to my complaint saying they’d send me a new one - but I won’t wear it because the exact same thing will happen. I asked for a refund instead but they declined as it’s against their refund policy. Absolutely rubbish product and not worth any money. Just glad I didn’t pay full price or give a bad product as a gift. Embarrassing! They have good marketing to have made it this far. Hope someone takes them to court for selling defective products. There is no way it’s 18k filled gold. It’s basically gold spray painted silver.

Ordered some earrings for my daughters birthday. It was a week before her birthday so rather than push it I paid for express shipping. Website said 1-2 business days.
It’s now approximately 30 days and have not received the earrings. I sent countless emails and would sometimes get a response but zero help. I finally received and email 10 days ago and the offer of a phone call. Which I accepted. So apologetic and a promise of a refund as they were going to recall the item from couriers please. 10 days later Nothing! back to not answering emails.
I love this brand we have supported them for years. These were actually a replacement of a pair that broke that were very sentimental. However I feel like I need to warn ppl as a very similar thing happened to my sister a month earlier . Customer service is appalling and they say they can’t get through all their emails, that should tell them something.

I purchased a $460 jacket on 26/05/2023. I then contacted their customer service on the 02/06/2023 advising the tracking number hadn’t updated at all since it had been sent. They then sent me a link for the same tracking number except it was showing more updates. I then received a notification on 05/06/2023 saying it was delivered to a random address that wasn’t listed on my invoice, however the original tracking link I was sent still hadn’t changed. I then sent them an email requesting a refund or explanation as to what was going on with my order to which I’ve had no response. I then sent a follow up email on 06/06/2023 and msged their instagram and still no response. This is probably the worst customer service experience I’ve had, I won’t purchase from here again.
Poor quality and no refund
Disappointing experience. Poor quality - the chain on the necklace I purchased was stated as 18KT gold fill, but I highly doubt it is. It already looks a bit tarnished when I received it. It’s not easy to find their return policy online. It’s under FAQ but not clearly or professionally written. When I request for a refund, they refused and only offered exchange. Obviously I wouldn’t be interested in exchange after receiving a poor quality product to start with.

On the 17th February 2023, I purchased a gold ring for $170 and I was absolutely obsessed with the design.
By the 4th March, I had already returned the ring to their pop up Bondi store as all the gold had rubbed off and made my fingers black. Thats 2 weeks and the ring was ruined and it was only worn a couple of times.
Thankfully they were lovely in store and provided me with a full refund, so I can’t fault the service, but the quality of the jewellery is worse than Lovisa and certainly not worth the price point.
Don’t buy any jewellery from here.
I would not recommend buying any of the 18KT gold filled jewellery, you will be extremely disappointed.
At my request, my siblings purchased the Petite Halley necklace for my birthday in July last year, as I wanted a snake chain necklace that wouldn’t tarnish after a couple of wears.
I rarely wear gold, so have kept it for special occasions only, have never worn it in water or gotten any perfume on it. However, after wearing the necklace overall maybe a maximum of 15 times since receiving it in July, the necklace has blackened, leaves green marks all over my neck and looks like a cheap piece of jewellery.
This is very disappointing given the price of the necklace and the fact that I had an identical one from country road for a third of the price that lasted me longer than this one without tarnishing. Extremely disappointing quality and hope for others sake it was a faulty piece of jewellery.
Terrible service
I ordered 2 bracelets & 2 trays during their warehouse sale. The bracelets are plastic looking, overpriced even on sale. They sent me a lilac coloured tray even though I ordered a caramel one. Have sent 2 emails & have had zero replies. I will never buy from this brand again. It’s overpriced garbage with zero customer service

Excellent customer service. On both occasions that I have shopped with this brand their customer service team went out of their way to help me. They were really quick to reply, very friendly and helpful. It’s not so common to get such good customer service these days. I will definitely shop here again.
Very disappointed.
I bought this necklace at the beginning of this year, 2022, and after only a few months of wear the chain is completely tarnished and looks horrible. It is super disappointing, not only for the price but also as this piece was for reaching a milestone at university and I chose it in hopes that it was good quality (as advertised) and that it would last me for my years at uni, however I was wrong. I never wore it in water and I took good care of it to ensure that it didn't tarnish, but ultimately it just seems as though the chain is poor quality. I haven't worn it in a few months as it just looks almost a black sort of colour, which is very saddening as the pendant is still in good condition, it is just the chain that has worn out ridiculously easily. I have been wearing a pair of gold glassons earrings that have so far lasted longer than my this necklace. Very disappointed with the product overall and would advise looking elsewhere for gold jewellery as this just isn't worth it for the price you pay.

Reached out to iconic just to be advised that after 6 months if the 18c gold filled (as advertised) product turns to sh$# after 6 months there's nothing they can do as it is Reliquia's terms and conditions. SUPER disappointed! will not be buying anyone anything from here again. Would not recommend.

Terrible experience!! The worst customer service I have ever had!
I ordered a blazer from BLANCA which I had been looking at for months. The blazer looked nothing like the images on the website, it also had no structure and was oversized but so big it actually looked ridiculous. The colour was also extremely dull.
I really was not happy with it considering the price and couldn’t even get a reply from the customer service team!! Now I have a store credit which I’ll have to use as they don’t do returns!
