Disappointing service and communication
After good service last time I ordered several products over 3 weeks ago and paid. I received an email saying the products were out of stock and would be sent once restocked. But I have heard nothing since, and ran out of my products over a week ago.
Update - on the same day this was posted with a lower rating they immediately picked and sent my order, that I received next day - excellent, and completely rescued this. They have also sent nice emails. Thank you.

We emailed you on the same day your order was placed to let you know that the item had become a pre-order and would be dispatched as soon as it was back in stock. As explained in that email, once a pre-order is placed, it is automatically shipped as soon as stock arrives, so there is no need for customers to contact us or for us to send further updates unless there is a significant change.
We sincerely apologise that the restock took longer than you had expected and understand how frustrating it is to run out of your products while waiting.

Products not original
I have been using mesoestetic dermamelan products for 6 months +.
Similar bottles on the outside.
Right hand side - bottles from an mesoestetic approved provider.
The sunscreen bottle is also different on the outside which was the first red flag.
The dermamelan pigment control solution was the biggest teller. Look at the color and consistency between the two. The one on my middle finger (clay color) is the original. The index finger (coffee color) is from this provdier.
Reliable Medicare is not on the approved list for mesoestetic products which I sadly discovered after receipt of my order. Wasted close to £200 on this. Will not use these products and will never use this website again.

The most unfair company I have ever met I didn’t get my order because of extra charges and I still didn’t get my money beck. The company says they don’t want to refund me, because of the unreasonable rules. Just be aware of the company when you other from EU.
That is completely unfair and unacceptable that you received the items and don’t want a customer to be refunded. Which rules or law can take this decision that the customer are not able to get refunded? Just be careful about this company and not buy it from EU.

I contacted RM about a product that had clearly "gone off" and smelled awful. Their response so far is that no-one else has complained so it must be ok and they even inferred that it was my sense of smell that was the issue! I sent them a link to the manufacturer's website that gives a description of the fragrance which is definitely NOT burnt biscuit!

We carried out a thorough investigation, including random stock checks with both our warehouse team and supplier. We found no evidence to suggest that the product was defective or damaged prior to dispatch. Our warehouse team also carries out checks before all orders leave our Warehouse to ensure all orders meet our high-standards.
We also acknowledge that the concern was raised by a third party after the product had been resold. As the item had left our supply chain before the issue was reported, we are unfortunately unable to determine when or how the alleged damage may have occurred.

Took the money and not delivered the goods.
I placed an order worth over £700 for a microneedling device and cartridges. I was aware the cartridges were out of stock before purchasing, but only after placing the order was I informed that the device itself was also unavailable.
I contacted the company several times for an update, but they were unable to provide any estimated timeframe for dispatch. As a result, I requested a refund, but was only offered store credit instead.
I'm now still waiting for the device, while having to turn away clients who are requesting microneedling treatments because I can't offer the service yet. Overall, it's been a very disappointing experience.
