Not the authentic product
Ordered a Mesoestetic Cosmelan 2 online & went to collect from their London office. A product I have used on/off for 3-4 years previously ordered directly from Mesoesetetic. On opening the jar it was immediately apparent the product was not the same. The colour was caramel shade & on dipping my finger in the pot it was oily the authentic Cosmelan is a beige brown & has a slight rough feel. I was reluctant to put this on my face if it was not the ‘real deal’ so I called Mesoestetic & explained to them & told them I had purchased this from Reliance Medical who are selling “authentic” Mesoestetic products on their website only to be told they are not a genuine approved supplier of their products. When I told Reliance about me findings they said they don’t do returns. I sent then pic of the jar I had been using from Mesoestetic & their version & said it was obviously not the same thing. They eventually agreed to return my money so I took the product back to the London office and was told refund would be in 2-5 days. I eventually got it back in my account 10 days later. Do not believe they are selling you the authentic product

Product delivery is super good. However, expiry dates of the products especially PRXT33 is super short - only 3 months!

The video you provided showed the product dispensing correctly, with cream visibly coming out of the pump, which indicates that the item is functioning as intended and does not appear to be faulty.
Regarding your comment about a reaction, we unfortunately did not receive any supporting evidence of this. As a distributor, we are also not in a position to assess or comment on individual reactions to products.

Be wary !! …
I purchased Mesoestetic X.prof 020 20% Vitamin C Ampoules (20 x 5ml) and when the package arrived one of the ampoules was smashed with the vitamin C all over the place. I immediately contacted them and asked them to send a replacement. It seems they needed to investigate this so I sent photos numerous times and asked them to replace the smashed one. That was about 4 weeks ago. I don’t understand what any investigation has to do with me. I received a damaged order and asked for one ampoule to be replaced. I’ve sent several emails but no response. This was not cheap and why won’t they replace a broken glass ampoule full of pure vitamin C. I definitely won’t be dealing with them again and advise others to be wary !
