Patética atención, patetico servicio, hace 2 semanas pedí unos artículos (estaba avisado que no lo hiciera) y aún no se han molestado en enviarlos, señores la atención al cliente es primordial dentro del mundo de la competencia y ustedes dejan un mundo por desear, solo un consejo, si un cliente se va por precio, volverá por servicio, si se va par servicio, no volverá nunca

Estafadores y mentirosos
Compré de oferta el box set de naruto online, a los días, me dijeron que no podían enviarmelo, así que me ofrecieron un cambio por un artículo de precio similar, les envié el producto y llevan sin responder mensajes por ningún sitio 1 semana para que acabe el plazo de envío y se tengan que ahorrar la oferta, no se os ocurra comprar nada a esta gente.
