Reilly Developments (Southampton & Chorley) AVOID! We were selling some property and they came up with an offer, promising a cash sale and quick completion. Having accepted their offer they started dragging their heels so we did some investigating. Their accounts on the Government website did not present a good picture so we did two credit checks. We discovered a dangerously high liability/asset ratio (106% at the time) and the other gave an even more dramatic warning. If you do business with any developer, do your checks first and not after 3 months - big mistake on our part.
