Hello William,
Thank you so much for providing feedback on your recent renewal.
RegCure Pro will attempt to delete known malicious files and processes; however, this is limited to specific areas of the computer and is not equivalent to a full scan with an antivirus program. This is in keeping with RegCure Pro's role as a general maintenance program, capable of fixing many common issues. We do not suggest using RegCure Pro as your primary anti-virus software.
In the case where you find you have an infection on the system, you are always welcome to contact support. Please be assured, our support is included with your subscription for a variety of issues should you require it.

Works well
Works well, but in past 6-8 months the scan failed each time it reached Malware, and it is necessary to halt and start again
Have learned to anticipate completion of Junk files scan and proceed to clean up
Would be nice if this could be improved
Note...my computer always runs better after clean up by regcure

I would have rated Regcure a five but for the so called mail in rebate that assumes a printer and is willing to or has the time to jump through their hoops in order to get the so called rebate. I like most people I know don't consider mail in rebates anything more than scams. You folks have a good product, but you muddy its reputation with this so called rebate. If your going to give a discount then give it. Otherwise don't expect your customers to jump through your hoops like trained animals and like it. In closing, just to let you know. I haven't taken the time to research other programs similar to yours, but I just might take the time. Is it really worth it to loose loyal customers for a two bit scam?

Hello Mrs. Groom,
Thank you so much for taking the time to provide feedback on your RegCure Pro software.
I would be more than happy to help you customize how and when RegCure Pro opens and scans. There are a few area's you may wish to review.
Let's first have you open RegCure Pro, click on 'Settings', then click on 'General Settings'. On this page, please review; remove the check-mark on any category you wish to disable. Such as 'Launch application when Windows starts', and 'Automatically start scan when application starts'.
Next, you can also schedule when the program runs a scan, this can be at a more convenient time for you so as to ensure the program is not running during your daily usage.
With RegCure Pro open, click on 'Maintenance'. Review the categories, choose from the drop down next to each category how frequently you want those categories to run scans. Next, click on 'Customize' to adjust the days and time you wish the scans to run as well.
The satisfaction of our clients is of the utmost importance to the ParetoLogic support team; if you have any other questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.
