Atrocious service

23/02 - placed an order for two pairs of boots and a pair of shoes. Bank account debited same day
06/03 - pair of shoes delivered
09/03 - one pair of boots delivered and a pair of trainers that I didn't order
13/03 - emailed to advise on incorrect item being delivered and to chase whereabouts of boots. received a response advising the missing boots would be despatched on 16/03
31/03 - still no boots and no further contact since 16/03. Emailed to chase again
02/04 - emailed to chase again
06/04 - used online chat to chase, advised the boots have not been despatched and that my details were being passed to a colleague as an escalation.
08/04 - used email, online chat and web form. Again advised via chat that my details have been passed to a colleague. Have requested immediate refund.
Not a single update from a human since 13/03 when I was advised that the boots would be despatched on 16/03.
Beware of using this company. They took my payment on 23/02 and over six weeks later I have still not received the boots, nor a credit.

Shipping disaster

First pair two years ago was kind of OK, not exceptional, but still nice and reasonably comfortable. They insist on utilizing DPD, a recipe for disaster. Pair of boots ordered in late November were returned to the sender, DPD claiming incorrect address. Pair was re-shipped, only to be returned to DPD again. I eventually received a refund after the second incident and helpdesk replied to the messages with some delay during the process, but waiting two months for a pair of boots that never materialized was more than enough adventure for me, thank you.

How I wish I had read these reviews…

How I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I placed an order on 22nd December and I’m still waiting. Responses have been slow and I keep being promised different delivery dates. What’s worrying is if the boots don’t fit it seems to be stress and hassle to return and claim a refund. If I could give no stars I would

Fraudsters - take your money and don't deliver

I ordered two pairs of boots from Regarde Le Ciel on 2 December, but they never arrived - I emailed Regarde le ciel to inform them - they advised that they would seek a 'proof of delivery' from the DPD delivery service. After 10days, they still did not have a proof of delivery from DPD so on 18 December Regarde Le Ciel said that they would send me a new package - the new package never arrived either. On 23 December I emailed again notifying that the package still had not arrived. I have now emailed two further times in January asking for a refund but Regarde Le Ciel is no longer responding, and more importantly - still has not refunded me for my purchase 254€!

I paid Regarde le Ciel 254€ 7 weeks ago - they have not delivered the boots and they have kept my money! They are fraudsters - do not trust them with your purchases

The first delivery was marked as delivered by DPD, yet DPD was unable to provide proof of delivery.

The second package is being returned to us with no explanation as to why it was not delivered.

Nevertheless, a refund for the order was issued.

Another fab pair

Bought a pair my first pair of long boots from regarde le ciel having regularly bought the smaller booties in previous years and similar to the other years they do not disappoint. Having such durable shoes has allowed me to expand my collection and have more types other than the previous brands i have bought and only for me through one winter.
Not sure why so many people are complaining about the brand because honestly i think it's a trusted 10/10 for several years running.

Very poor customer communication

I ordered a pair of sandals on June 9th. I already have a beautiful pair of sandals by this company so I wanted the same model. I have checked the tracking situation and the parcel has not been picked up yet. It's June 25 now. No replies to my emails. I filled in the contact form on the website. No reply or confirmation. It's radio silence, which is really poor for a retailer. Communicating with customers is so important. As much as I love their shoes, I'm not sure if I would order directly from Spain again. Will I ever receive these sandals? I might have to start a process to recuperate the money £93! Through my credit card provider.

MY LAST 2 STAR REVIEW GOES TO 1 STAR

I have already given a 2 star review, but now want to change it to 1 star. The saga continues. It took 12 days for them to email me the return label. I just received an email from DHL saying that the address on the return label is not complete and they attempted delivering twice and "no one was home"
Stay away from ordering from this company online. They do not know what they are doing.

I aged waiting for shoes to arrive, now they’re too small!!!

I am very surprised this seemingly upscale brand operates like a shady unprofessional business. I ordered shoes on April 25th and they arrived today, May 19th, which is 24 days. There is no email order acknowledgement, and no tracking available. The shoes run very small and I need to exchange them, although I think I should return them and be done dealing with them. There is no mention of return or exchange on the invoice which EVERY reputable company does. My suggestion is to only buy this brand in a store because they are a mess administratively.

Shoes not true to size and returns process a nightmare!

I purchased a pair of Regina Desert sneakers but their size 38 is more of a 5.5 UK size and therefore too big. I have emailed the company but have had no reply after 4 days and have just submitted a web form and contacted them via LinkedIn. I am running out of time to return within the 15 days timeframe… and there is no telephone number available.
Update: I have received an email with a link to start the returns process but I get a message saying ‘sorry, we can’t find a matching order’. I have again emailed the company to let them know. I will update this review when I see further progress. I’ve never dealt with an online company that has such a poor after sales service before. It’s very disappointing.
Update: same email received in response to contacting them again, saying ‘No matching order’. Have raised the case with Resolver.
Update: Regarde Le Ciel provided a returns label via DHL Express. I sent the shoes back the following day and have been tracking the return. The shoes are in Barcelona but the delivery has not accepted by the company and is now stuck with DHL…
I requested a Hojas de Reclamaciones from the company (official complaint form) but they have not provided one. I am now going to contact the Consumer Protection agency in Catalunya.
Final update: Hojas de Reclamaciones received. Was told refund would still be issued even if return was not accepted via DHL. Heard nothing for over a week but after sending yet another email requesting a refund, I was finally sent an email and received a refund of £95 the next day. I’m never dealing with an overseas company again and will check Trustpilot reviews before making a purchase! I’ve learned my lesson.

POOR QUALITY CHEAP LEATHER

As another reviewer has stated here, DO NOT BUY any shoes from this brand. They claim to use genuine leather, but instead use cheap thin leather that is glued onto cardboard. After only a few wears, the leather on the toe area began to peel. And this is on shoes that cost 100 EUR! Customer service refused to do anything, claiming it's wear and tear, which is absolutely false! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!!!

2/28, adding a comment after their response: It is not possible to return them to the online store, since they said you are claiming they have already been worn, and it's wear and tear. Your response to my rating is false.

No refund, no response

After finally receiving a return label, I returned my shoes bc they did not fit. I requested a refund and have sent numerous emails to customer service to no avail. Tracking number tells me they received my shoes on Dec 30, thats over 2 weeks ago! NO refund, NO response, NOT the way an upscale business should operate. I thought I was buying from a reputable company.

Bad service, lost money

The shoes were delivered to me in the wrong size. The customer service was not able to send me the right shoes and I did not receive the promised return label. I simply didn't receive an answer any more. Really annoying. I have paid for these shoes. Never ever again!

Beware if you have to return goods to this company from UK
It will cost you and your parcel may not get delivered but returned. Losing both cost of goods and cost of postage.

Absolutely a gorgeous brand…

I bought my first Regarde Le Ciel - Jolene Black boots last week. Absolutely love them. The quality of leather, manufacturing, sole choice, the sophisticated sound of the hills, the fit, taste of the design are impressive to experience from a leather engineering point of view with 20 years of experience in leather fashion. After I used it only one day, I was able to say that every detail of these boots are professionally and heartily considered from development to production stage. It made me feel tempted to search about the brand and the team behind this gorgeous product, to write them a special feedback and thank you note on their LinkedIn page. However I couldn’t see any contacts of the management team of the brand. Then I was tempted to leave a public feedback on here where I was a bit disappointed for the brand with the previous negative customer service comments. I would love to see the brand will have less negative feedbacks in the near future with regards to their customer service performance.

Horrible Customer Service

They make an outstanding product but seem incapable of delivering to the US. I ordered these shoes on October 13, and have still received no tracking information. My multiple emails have been ignored except for one sent a couple weeks ago saying that the shoes were returned to the company and they needed to use a different carrier. I am at a loss to explain this poor customer service. The boots cost $179. I’m extremely disappointed.
