Invested a lot of money into this equipment, but it does not work very accurately. the recent software update left the app boken and feeling clunky to use. the push notifications still not working so you do not get an alert when things go south.
only given two stars as apart of me still really wants to like what this company are trying to achieve.
Mistakes happen, reef factory need to hold their hand up and stop denying theres any issues,
My ph probe is reading constantly high, after doing some research online its obvious this is an issue as there are lots of people who have this same problem.
Their support leaves something to be desired! keep getting fobbed off with, you need to clean it and re calibrate. No! i need to send it to you for testing and you replace it as its supposed to be lab grade equipment for £220..
I was about to spend £1000's on their other equipment, but have lost trust and will now be moving to the apex system. Do not waste your money with this in denile company. They don't appreciate your custom so they don't deserve it either. They have a lot of work to do before trust can be re built.
