Started out fine

Started out fine. Lovely blind material in majority of rooms. Badly fitting blind round a bay window, had to keep coming back. Another visit lead to Aidan forgetting parts, and cutting the chains too short 🫣. His mum told me the blind material cud be machine washed.., I don't think so, it comes out with the expensive but stunning material u ravelling, hence loosing width. The marks don't come out. The worst bit is the blind doesn't fit the window frame properly. The rail has issues with twisting parts, there's an issue clearly with this design. Dave was rather sharp on the phone twice, when I was trying to get a visit. I'd be surprised if his son is still running the business, as they didn't seem very enthusiastic. Very expensive for the quality and implementation. Nice material shame it's not more robust like I was lead to believe. Nice guy tho Aidan was, good luck in the future. Not as impressed as initially were, not for over two grand 🫣🤷‍♀️

Shockingly bad experience

Shockingly bad experience.
We used them due to the son being really professional. He came out and did just what you would expect. Very polite, very informative. 0But this was the last time we saw him.

Iarranged it so the blinds would be fitted for when we moved in. However they forgot to actually put the order in, so we had to have these ugly, so called temporary blinds, fitted in our and our daughters bedroom!!

We had Roman blinds BADLY fitted in 4 bedrooms. They are all about half a centimeter short on each side, the light just glares through all the edges as they are not fitted! I may as well have brought them from a shop!
We are supposed to have black out blinds in the main bed room, they are standard blinds!! When I brought this up, they actually pushed me to let it drop and just to leave the ugly black "temporary" blinds up.

The new fancy blind curtain thing in the living room are shockingly poor. On the one window it's 2 centimeters short!!!
We had the optional metal pull cord added. But I had to take it off myself and pull it tight and refit it. It is that dodgy we never close that blind.

In the end they just stopped coming back.
We have sub standard blinds throughout our house! But we did not pay a sub standard price!! Infact we did not pay the whole bill, they just stooped coming and communicating.
