Just wanted to say a massive thank you to reed in partnership, especially my employment advisor, Louise. She helped me secure a role that I'm really enjoying, Louise helped me do my CV, did mock interviews with me and spent time completing job applications with me to help me secure this role.
I heard from my friend who is also attending the restart programme that Louise has since left, but I did promise I would leave her a good review and I wanted to say a massive thank you for all the support she gave me. I hope that wherever she has moved on to she is doing well!
Thank you restart programme, my life has changed for the better!

Staff were great. It was somewhere I wouldn’t dread to go as the staff were so friendly and helpful and did not come across judgemental or anything like that at all. I got the help needed to secure my job. Definitely recommend

They helped me so much with rewriting my cv, to helping me look in the right direction with access to work, Sian has been amazing I couldn’t have done any of it without her. All staff have been lovely there. They also offered me courses to make my cv stand out - I managed to get a job before I could take a course. Highly recommend

Whilst the 1 to 1 appointments are tolerable and are helpful with job searching, and understanding that my skillset is better suited to a computer based job than a retail one, the self confidence course makes me really uncomfortable. I don't think some of the staff at restart understand how autism works, because I'll be OK in one environment but completely shut down in another when you are pressured to interact in a group or its too crowded. The guy who runs the confidence course mostly talks about himself and picks on anyone who appears "weak" for a full 3 hours and you leave with much less confidence than when you went in, also pressures you to make eye contact. Makes you feel like a target and the main message is "learn a trade or else you're a navelgazer with a mickey mouse degree" It's set up for people who aren't autistic. I hope I find something soon.

Really the nice people work there. I am so glad to meet Debbie and Kevin. Both of them are superstar for me. Appreciated as always.

Everyone there was always nice e and polite. Connor on reception always remembered my name and always had time for a little chat. Sian my work coach was brilliant, she encouraged me all the way. She always offered courses that would suit me, which I was happy to do. I know how certificates which I have never had and waiting for start date for a job all because Sian and other members of staff treated me like a person and were helpful and respectful. I'm leaving there feeling more confident and positive about myself which Sian helped me a lot.

I’ve loved my time at Reed based in Pitsea with Katie. The moment I met her we got on very well and she’s really helped me with a lot of things. Very welcoming and easy to talk to and would do anything she could to give you the right support and guidance you need.

Reed is very good company,it has really supported me in all
aspects they could.The
trainings that improved my confidence,Cv etc.The trainings they do are very helpful and makes look for a job with confidence. They even enrolled me in a course to boost my skills and confidence.I was also
financially supported and support for interviews praperations . I would like the most impprtant person, who was my job advisor Leah Adams,.She is amazing, very
patient,supportive,go extra
miles to help to find work and do whatever necessary.I would
go to my appointment feeling
down but she will lift my spirit and reassure me that everything
will be fine. She was friendly, approchable and calm
She was very professional and understanding. She was my motivator. She would recommend me to other
professionals they
work in partnership with.I got a lot of support. She was always willing to help and reply you with no time when you sent her an email or call you.She really made this stressful journey of looking for a job lighter.Massive thank you to Leah Adams.

Absolutely terrible experience, 3 hour round trip to have my travel expenses paid for then left, CV review was bareble, after 20 years of working in IT was told best thing I could do was to create content in LinkedIn or change to a different profession!
