Mike is the man!

After several attempts to communicate with AI (ew) and get some resulotion to a damaged M908W, AI finally gave up and sent my issue to Redragon's customer service department. Mike saw the information that I had given the AI and was able to quickly secure my information and send me a brand new mouse to replace the worn one. Thank you Mike!

Their customer support is the best in the industry. Their email responses are immediate as if I was texting back and forth with them. I'm a long life customer.

Honestly one of the best support experiences I've gotten, I always heard back very quickly, each response was productive and either immediately solved my issue or made progress on doing so, I received follow ups when I neglected to respond accidentally, etc.

Mike was awesome, I had an issue with the keyboard and he sent me a new one right away!

I bought a wireless impact M913 back in 2023. This mouse has been fantastic!! It is perfect for gaming and it fits perfectly to my hand. It’s not too big or too small. It is just as great if not better, in my opinion, than a more expensive brand that costs twice as much for a wireless gaming mouse. Recently, three years after I purchased it stopped charging. Somewhere in the three years I lost the charging cord that came with it and had been using a regular C cord. I reached out to support asking about the not charging issue. Mike was absolutely amazing!! He had me try many different things but ultimately I had to get a new mouse. But to show appreciation, he offered me a new one at a discounted rate a then gave me an additional $5 off. You do not find customer service like that around hardly anymore. I truly appreciate everything Mike did for me.

Got a keyboard and a mouse for a great deal. The mouse works great and I have no complaints, and when I emailed customer service about a keyboard issue they immediately got a replacement sent with very little hassle and quick response times

Purchased a Redragon M690 Pro through amazon.

A few months later, started having battery issues and it looked like an RMA was needed and got the thing replaced.

I didn’t expect to get such a quick response from Redragon! They were a huge help in helping me order a new usb dongle I lost for my computer mouse.

I've gotten Reddragon keyboards in the past before but as gifts so I'd never had the ordering experience before and I thought they were a decent keyboard, but now I've purchased one myself from an ad I saw and it arrived sooner than expected but the keyboard inside the box was an entirely different keyboard. The right box with the right manual but completely different keyboard. Different brand, different key layout, and it wasn't even mechanical like the one I wanted. It just vaguely looked similar with a vaguely similar color scheme. I reached out to support and I had gotten some AI chat bot response which was annoying because it got my issue entirely wrong but then they finally said they'd send my issue to a human. But then that took a whole week to hear back from anyone. But from there on I got the right keyboard in the end with no hassle.

Bought a keyboard last year, and it started malfunctioning just shy at the 1 yr mark, red dragon Customer service took great care of me and the situation! Unlike other companies, without so much hazzle! Love this company!

Had a problem with keyboard not being recognized by software. Tech support resolved it quickly. Great support.

The order arrived a lot faster than i tought it would. It arrived from the overseas under 4 days includin the day of the order. I got the Wyvern K761 Pro and Im more than satisfied with the product itself and the presentation. I didnt even know it has 2 height settings on the feet of the board, it was a pleasent surprise. I had a question and contacted customer support and i got a very quick reply and it was very helpful.
I had an older keyboard i got about 6 years ago frok them and its been working without any issues so far but i wanted an upgrade. Im seriously thinking about ordering a headset from them when i have the money. I would recommend everybody to buy from them.

I ordered a keyboard, a mouse and headphones from this website. Everything looks just as described and is affordable. When my mouse broke customer service really stepped in to fix my problem. First through sending pictures to try and solve it at home, and when that did not work they sent me a new mouse. Great service, great products. You earned a new loyal customer!

I had a very positive experience with Redragon. My Redragon M656 Gainer Wireless Gaming Mouse that i bought from amazon developed a double clicking issue after several months of normal use while still under warranty. I contacted support and Mike responded quickly and professionally. After confirming my address and serial number they immediately arranged a brand new replacement and did not require me to return the defective mouse. The whole process was smooth and straightforward. It is great to see a company stand behind its products and take care of customers properly. I would definitely recommend them.

I needed a new dongle for my Mirage M690-Pro mouse. And when I sent an email I got a response within minutes. They were very fast to help me get a new dongle with it shipping put the next day. Redragon is the most underrated brand in my opinion. I have several of their products and have been 100% happy with them for years. The fact that they helped me so fast just adds to the reason I will continue supporting the Redragon Brand.

Great customer service, they truly stand behind their products. I had an issue with my keyboard, which I love. It was dealt with in very good time. Love the way it feels and looks.

Redragon support is for the most part timely and easy to understand. My agent was very helpful and understanding, but my only complaint is that he acted without asking me first. I wanted a refund and to return a keyboard I received, but instead he had opened up an order for a free replacement without asking me first. I quickly let him know that I didn't want a replacement and he was very understanding and went ahead with the refund.
