I was initially attracted by the lower price of the washing machine compared to the market price, but in the end I actually paid more because of the poor service.
The installation was not completed because the team did not have the proper connection tube. As a result, I had to arrange and pay for installation again through another supplier. After all this inconvenience and extra cost, I was offered only a 5 EUR refund for the failed installation.
This experience was disappointing from start to finish. A lower product price means very little when the service is unreliable and ends up costing the customer more. I honestly do not understand how a company can survive with this type of service.
